Since the 4th april the Yahoo/ xtra server has decided to block our business' domain name. I have been talking to the Xtra help desk, filled out all their forms etc, and still it is blocked.
AS a result we cannot
1)send any emails from our domain name addresses to an XTRA or yahoo email address
2) We cannot receive emails to our business premises as we are with Yahoo as an broadband provider.
It has been 16 days without the service working. Today they said we had to wait and see of Yahoo USA responded, that there was nothing more they could do??
Has anyone else had this problem?
We do not send bulk emails, are just a small company??
Any advice would be appreciated. |

| Tried contacting Yahoo? They should be more help than Telecom, since they handle the email systems. |

| from your enquiries to them, have you had satisfactory answers? If not, go to Fair Go. Honestly, contact Fair Go, they will be all over this sort of stuff like a rash. |
