It is a con.The big energy firm in the states, enron, started all this global warming nonsense about twenty years ago.Why? to make money.The big bosses were prosecuted not long ago for fraud.
Global warming is cyclical, look to the past.
How can you believe scientists when they will not accept the bible as to how the world and universes came into being because it cannot be tested scientifically, yet gaily push the big bang THEORY as fact, with out any proof and the THEORY of evolution, which also, cannot be proven.
The good news is that more and more top gun scientists are coming to the conclusion that ceation is more possible than the big bang and evolution> |

That is the biggest load of crap I have read for a long time. You are in denial berniehf12. Do not try and convince anyone that corporate America "invented" global warming, it is corporate America and other large corporates(including who I work for sadly) everywhere in the industrial world which have been the biggest opponents of anything that cuts profit and improves the effect on the environment.
You do not have to be a genius to work out that if you take something out of the earth that has been there for millions of years then you are directly effecting the equilibrium and balance of the planet. You put oil in a car to cool the engine, what do you think that oil is doing for the earth? Thats right, lubricating and cooling it. What happens when a car no longer has oil and you keep driving it? Yip it eventually dies through overheating. So all those billions of litres we consume for our cars should be left where it is to continue doing the job that the creator or however the planet came to be, that is was designed to do.
Incidentally, I believe scientist BECAUSE they do not believe the total nonsense written by anonymous HUMAN authors of the various religous versions of bibles(OLD Testament, NEW Testament). Thank goodness for science or else we would still believe the earth was flat, FACT. |

seaglenz thanks for that, perhaps you could also answer me this in regards to the dynamics of an engine, tell me "how long will a car go for without oil?", nah just kidding, rhetorical question, it may go for a short time, but the clock will be ticking, and it WILL stop, because the workings of this environment depend on it. This was more my point. If you "remove" from an environment something that has developed over millions of years(oil, forests)and on top of this "add" to an environment( polution, nuclear testing) then at some time this must have a flow on effect to the natural order of things.
It mattters not if you subscribe to creationism or any other theory, and I am not a tree hugger, but I do think anyone who believes that this planet doesn't have a "used by date" in terms of the way we keep phucking it up, is either in denial, or blind. |

If you read the bible and compare it to modern science, there is your proof of creation.
Scientists cannot prove the THEORY of the big bang, nor can they prove the THEORY of evolution.If you believe in either of these, you believe n the tooth fairy and santa clause. |

| There's a reason why it's referred to as theory...because it's exactly that. The bible contains much which is observed in the real world however science is unable to explain so to subscribe to that is a question of faith. It's a big ask to go either way although for differinet people one is more plausible over the other but still does not go so far as to hold all the answers. Either way it comes to to whther you are a person of faith or a person of science for mine I think they are limbs of the same tre despite what's out there in the world today. The further forward we push the more science and everything that has been learnt has to be revised. To me this could be exciting times to be living in if we weren't hampered with so much fear that holds us all back from the answers. |

| Heres a bit off thought for you, 100,000's of years ago creatures were a lot bigger due to the atmosphere at the time, as centuries have past organisms have been getting smaller due to oxygen depletions. So were do we go to if we dont get it right. Hydroponically manufactured food and glass jars we will be living in. |

In my opinion if you TAX anything the TAX increases inflation which increases wages. TAX rarely prohibits people from using the product. Smoking TAX may have slowed down there use, but the exercise TAX on Alcohol has had no effect from slowing use of that product at all. TAXing products increases INFLATION which = higher wages ! Carbon TAX = INFLATION = HIGHER WAGES and SALARIES ! |
