before Yahoo take this thread off, i would like to take this opportunity to THANK everybody be it supporters or critics of this thread for visiting Winston & NZFirst corner ... smiles
even though we had our differences of opinion, we all agreed on one thing that this election is very crucial for the survival of our country.
you all know where my support lie as i am supporting 2 different partys (party candidate & party vote) and i hope that everyone will accept and respect the decision each individual makes as far as their political party affiliation.
i have personally met so many wonderful people in here and via the internet and i hope that each one of us after all is said and done can move on and enjoy and spend precious times with our family ... smiles
finally, to all those people who misbehaved and ended up in my iggybin, you can all jump out now and swear all you like ... hehehe but you all know i put you there for your own good ..;))
on a serious note, thank you all once again and may the best party win ... :)

To all the supporters of Winston and NZ First.
Good on you all for supporting the party that gave us:
Free Drs visits for the littlies
Gold Card for the elderly
Increased Police Numbers
Increased Health Spending
Increased funding for the Maori Wardens
Increased the Minimum wage
Exposed Multi Million Dollar Tax Fraud
Pay Parity for Primary Teachers
and a lot more.
Despite the fanatics of other parties throwing constant abuse at you, and myself, we have stuck to our beliefs that supporting a party that achieved all this despite being a minority in Gov't, is what we should do. We also kept to our support even with the constant Big Business backed media campaign to oust the Party.
Despite being one of the younger supporters of NZ First (41), I am proud to be someone giving them my party vote tomorrow as a thankyou for all you have done for my children, and for the Country.
To those that hope to see NZ First go from Parliament tomorrow, I hope that you understand what the country loses, and I hope that the party you supports can achieve even 10% of what NZ First did in the last nine years.
Remember to vote, as its is a gift we have in NZ to have our say.
All the best to everyone, even those full of hate and a lack of acceptance of other peoples views. |

Tiare - you are a Polynesian angel - thank you for your humour, fierce loyalty and cheerfulness over the past few weeks. I have really enjoyed the debate even though reading some of the really rude and vicious, hateful posts as they showed me that we are voting for the best Party.
