| Flo Rida feat Lil Wayne - American Superstar, a little bit of a step up from Flo Rida compared to other tracks of theirs where they sound like Chingy on steroids, yeah this might grow on me :-) |

| Nas is definitely the man, I like heaps of his stuff Doo Rags probably favourite, but Purple, Live Now, One Mic, Smokin, Stay Chiselled, the list goes on, he's had some great songs off many albums, but not really 1 album that stands out as a classic, although the Lost Tapes was very good and I like the new cd untitled. |

I was listening to them when they were still pretty much underground lol also Pastor Troy, Youngbloods, Webbie, Lil Boosie, Lil Sc r a ppy, Lil Wayne when he was in the Hot Boys with Juvenile, Turk and B.G, Big Tymers aka Birdman and Mannie Fresh, Lil Troy...the list goes on lol I could go on lol.
Lil Wayne has been in the game for years..he's not the best rapper but he's got some good hooks, yet in my opinion I think 50 is the King of Hooks lol. |

N.W.A days Eazy wasn't writting, it was Cube and Ren, he was the mouth and money for the group, after N.W.A he did start writing, "Str8 Off Tha Streets" was mostly him.
Tupac and Biggie, 1 that is very political, the other 1 that is awsome at rhyming and just has mad flow.
Both are number 1, just in different ways.
As for AfroMan, He's a good comic relief, but "Whack Rappers" is very real, everyone he disses on that song sukks. |

hi sativa! have listened to Tupac, I think his sound and lyrics were very deep so to speak, more than Big E small, however alot of tupacs i think was before his time, like prophetic, i could be wrong, of late DMX hmmm what do you think? I am not a great rap fan but some away from the profanity are okay.
Still loving Amy winehouse and duffy though. |

Pretty obvious top 5 Rap artists.(Mainstream/Comme rcial success)
Tupac, Emminem, B.I.G, Lil Wayne plus whoever Rap lovers are currently hooked on. (mine was ICE T)
Just recently I needed to charge my Ipod on my brother's Ipod and accidently synched some pretty awesome sounds from his media player.
I have just discovered Nas (God's album) and Talib Kweli.
I'm like wow.. |
