I tried the switch method from TELECOM to ORCON which I thought would be SMOOTH. I had been with TELECOM for 3.5 YEARS and was charged a month extra for leaving. I only found out when ORCON sent me a bill CHARGING ME for the internet for the same period.I PHONED ORCON and was told that it was TELECOM'S PROBLEM.
I asked ORCON TO SUSPEND MY SERVICE AS IT WAS THEM WHO CHANGED IT AND THE REPLY WAS I HAD TO GIVE 30 DAY'S NOTICE- SO I CANCELLED.
SO i sit high and dry - THIEVING TELECOM AND THIEVING ORCON both receive PAYMENT for NO service.
