| come on good folk of NZ, they are for the well off, the busness man who doesn't need to check supermarket prices. They don't give a rats asss about poor folk, if they did, the tax breaks would be further down the economic ladder. I am a carpenter who gets a good wage, I don't want a tax cut, I want a government that will look after the MAJORITY, not the MINORITY. If National gets in, This country is *** ed. If National gets in I think it's time not just to march on Parliament and knock on the door, but march right thru and demand to be treated like people and not a commodity |

I agree I was bought up hearing that National is for the wealthy and the farmers. Now I am old enough I tend to agree. We are in the catergory of family that will be recieving nothing from National and that doesnt really bother me to much however it sounds like they are going to look 'after their own'.
It also worries me what they are going to get rid of in time to come lets face it we are only the little people and the government wont listen to us |

| I seem to remember that one of the main reasons for National being voted out last time was that they had forgotten their roots. |

| National need to stand up and tell NZ why the country will be a better place with them at the helm. So far they are yet to convince me that this will be the case. Labour or National...we're doomed! |

What rediculous twaddle. It's Labour who, every time they become government put thier croanies into positions of power.
Changed the board of NZ Post to ex labour MP's, unionists and other labour party members.
Made sure that all people in the senior jobs were labour people.
Jobs for the boys.
Also with a declining income to the familly, compared to the rest of the world. How have labour been "for the worker"? I have never in my life time seen a Labour Govt. that didn't leave office with the country broke and it certainly looks like they've done it again.
Enjoy riding the trains Cullen bought for nearly 3 times what they are worth, when he knew what the state of the "books" (remember the accounts that he made public do not include the effects of credit crisis) was dire.
Labour put us here, so I won't be making the mistake of voting for an incompitant, corrupt, and dishonest govt. like labour.VOTE NATIONAL. |

Enough of the lying cheats...the exploiters of the ingnorant, the bent and biased unions, and the gulliblbe workers, the down trodden poor and the ill or infirm...get the Liebour theives to hell out of our lives, if only for your children's sake. |

The 'Need for change' motto is good campaigning strategy for any new kid on the block.
9 years of looking at a line up cursed with an ugly stick, bout time we had pretty people with the voice of angels.
Vote for National.
Remove the Tax sacks that insulated this country from the economic drain pipe pouring cashflows down the global gurgler.
Bring back all the old tricks. Make the rich richer by blinding the common people. Tell them there's a cash crises and if you REALLY have to, speak at their level.
"We gotsta sell the family jools sorry folks. Was the old landlord's fault he only cared-bout the cokadoodee plumin'
Yeah Vote National. Time for change. |

well, the truths be told, the real faces of Nats are already out b4 theyr even in power (if ever?) They promised you big changes, they told you that they do care but at the end of the day, Nat only puts money and power first, they wouldnt give a rat-ass if you are firked finacially, physicly, mentally or even socially.
Do you honestly think that by ignoring the poor ( a big fkin majority) the country will move forward? are u so naive or ignorant to realise that crimes rate will plumet, there will be huge difference between the workin class and the rich basterd? oh yeah, how convinient, when the whole nation in crisis, the Nat will just take care of themselves. The rest of the nation will be homeless ( how ironic the word "National" )
"It is fantastic to win...do watever to win" oh noes!! now when would you say such a thing?? definitely not when you want to save and improve, sir! its when you see the prize with such droolin sensation.
last but not least, how many more surprises they still have in store? oh wow I just cant wait to see other packages. |

| National all the way. Labours tactics are so desperate (secret tapes etc). They have create the 'hate the rich' mentality in this country by keeping everyone down (so they can control them) and referring to successful people as 'rich p*** s' etc...god help anyone who dares to do well in this country, just who do you think you are?! We are all rich in NZ, its not just about the money. What happened to the kiwi No. 8 wire mentality? It was replaced by a self pitying mentality, thanks to labour. |

| I haven't vote national for years, I stopped voting for them after they split up the power companys into two, Generation only and supply only. This was going to make power cheaper, Now look at the price of power. This year i was going to National and vote for them, just because i felt it was a time for a change, that was until they came out with there tax plan, your gaining nothing, sure you might be getting $20 bucks a week if your lucky but $20 bucks is nothing, i don't wont it if there going to Root Kiwi Saver. I guess now i'm going to have to vote Labour. |

As far as I'm concerned there is no other option except to vote National...which I would anyway...if the devil had a tick box I'd even give it to him...it's better than giving your vote to Labour.
Look at what Cullen kept telling us - the country is in good shape...well h e was found out wasn't he when the treasury opened the books and a vastly different picture was shown...so where is the Trust.
Helen Clark has 3 year old airbrushed and modified images of herself on election posters...does this mean that she is ashamed of her image (I would be if I looked like her) and does it also mean that she is really hiding something...where is the trust.
I've no doubt that there is definitely some left wing group that is behind all teh dirty campaign tactis that we are seeing. Are THESE the kind of people that we need running the country (or NOT running the country as the case is) - not for me. At least National have tried to come up with a strategy to pull NZ through this downward economic era - has Labour???
Ok everyone...that's some of my opinion but be real - I get little from Nationals tax revision plan but look at the bigger picture...there is only one option the way I see it. |

Am I the only person who has noticed that when a Labour Govt changes to a National Governement a frenzy of spending has occured in the previous terms. Think of Cullen's Tax Cut he said we can not afford! National seldom inherits a healthy fiscal situation. Incidentally, the only time I voted Labour was to get Muldoon out of office. He proved to be a socialist masquerading as National.
Labour's philosophy of making people dependant on government is abhorrant! More civil servants, more beneficiaries, more hand-outs, more funding for minorities (remember the Hip Hop fiasco? ). Plus the jobs for the boys as already has been mentioned! In the last nine years TEN (10) times a Labour minister has been disciplined (or temporarily sacked) for being a bad girl/boy! What does that tell you of the standard and integrity of people that Labour attracts?--they go into politics for two things only: MONEY + POWER . Money to advance themselves and Power to tell YOU how to run your life and spend YOUR hard earned dollars! National are no angels but compared with the current lot they are at least not embarrassing!
Clearly the key to a better future lies with Key. |

| Helen Clark illustrated a total abuse of power when she used an Airforce a/c to get to Southland for an election meeting. Trying to tell us she was doing it as PM is a lame excuse. This is outrageous and just shows her blatant disregard for rules that she and her cronies have installed over years of our declining westernised democracy. Wonder how much that cost the taxpayer. |

| Helen's election campaign is all about trust ! everytime she says that word,I fall off my chair laughing . I think she suffers from memory problems, either that or her idea of trust is so far removed from what most NZers believe ! I dont care if Labour offered $ 47 a week,( which they cannot ,cause THEY spent it all ) I would still vote Liebour OUT..... |

National Party party pushed for Manukau Water limited to be set up to take control and profit from the Council.
The 5 directors of Manukau water limited are resource lawers/consultants and property developers. People who i bet are using thier positions to palm of tax payer funds into thier own enterprizes.
Jamie Lee Ross of the national party is the chairperson of thier annual meetings and guess what they spoke about last year.
Nothing ,no issues no nothing ,well worth us tax payers paying more freinds of National in private created jobs.
How about the fact water rates were 60 bucks befor there jobs were created ,now we pay 170.
Sums up exactly how National like to do business. PRIVATE
Funny that 2 of the diretors are from Howick ,Jamie Lee's. home.
And whats the deal making a 100% council shareholding company LIMITED ,what are they worried about loosing ? Why no liability ? |
