aha, it was sooooo funny, they were at Sylvia Park, I was there with daughter and her friend, shopping for teacher pressies, so as we walked past, (well past) I assumed they were interviewing Maori people re the election.
The teens wondered what was going on, but I made a joke to them (ps mines part Maoris and her mate's dad is Jamaican, but you'd never know), saying... well, we're too pale to be asked our opinion.
Wouldn't you know it, we came back that way and they corner me, (must've heard my joke) and asked me questions about who I voted for, etc... it was freakin' weird... like being put on the spot! |

There was this couple in a bar the other night, thought they were alone, in surreality...then took it further into reality, or did they? Hell, I got caught up in the feverish gritty overtones myself.

the accent gives it away... but oh well, it was SOMETHING surreal that happened today.
I've been around a few years and despite all my desires to be an actress, nobody has every pointed a camera in my directions until today... I'm still chuckling about it. |

nah, gave up my acting aspirations after amateur performances and realising I was awful.
I suggested to my daughter we watch Te Kaea, I might take a look myself... but honestly, I hope they don't use my segment, I couldn't think of anything to say when they asked me what I thought about John Key... it was bs bs bs all the way |
