The world is having a lie in and good for it too...
Mother Sky
She is Mother Sky, awakening slowly
With drowsy eyes beyond shy horizons,
Shedding night's cloak
And tucking it neatly behind veil of midnight.
She is morning's blessing.. its hymn of renewal.
She is creation's chameleon
Adorned in contented blues
And grays of disillusioned anger.
Her voice whispers upon gentle winds
But rumbles within gales of temper.
She is companion to sun and friend to moon,
Painter of pristine clouds
And protector of diamond's dust,
Moon time's treasure.
She is earth's watercolor blanket
And warmth of day,
A canvas of rainbows and sunsets.
And when her blue eyes close
She is coolness of night,
Mother Sky...
Creation's chameleon.

Poetry Is....
How do I define, describe,
make it come alive so that you
might see what it is to me.....
poetry is an unfinished dream, a
thought given wings, and that

a reflection of self, a breath never

forget... poetry is a glimpse into
the past, vision of tomorrow,
and truth of today... it bleeds
sorrow and radiates joy, marks
time and remains timeless, is rich
tapestry and blank canvas, and
it is the music that fills my heart

It is as always my pleaseure to prepare a treat or two for you Liddee, some here, some sent in other forms.
The breather will come when the call comes. Until then one must keep ones self occupied and if one can charge another while doing that then all the better.

Creepy, now and again it is good to treat the body and the pallate.
Sunday is a good day to do it as you can take a nice long walk afterward to burn off the unhealthy bits |

Find somewhere enjoyable to do it then.
Or better still find several and rotate around them.
Try looking for or observing different things that are happening each time you go there.
It makes it more interesting and not so much a task |
