overseas, yes, I have been Dana and am heading away again on the 18th. Mostly around the pacific rim but need to head to Greece at some stage to follow my heritage.
Oh, and one other trip I did a few years ago to Israel.

A good friend that I wanted to visit after she had been here and spent some time with me as her host.
Plus after all I had read I wanted to see the country for real and feel the history there.
Truely amazing what they have done to a strip of sand.
I spent a few days in Jeruselam and at the dead sea.
Traveled along the West Bank etc. Went north to Haifa and the border with Lebanon etc.
There for two weeks but wouldn't have been bored if I had two months. Just that kind of place and the people hhhhhhhhmmmmmm wonderful, truley awesome |

Would have been pretty amazing I agree. I wonder at peoples' anger towards others (though I can sort-of understand in some cases) when we have such an amazing planet to live on ...

I took some digital images, but the camera I had was stink.
At that point I put so much into getting there and my stay I couldn't afford to replace the camera.
If I had the oportunity to go again, I would at the drop of a hat. |

I recall when my wife and I first went to the 'States' in '87, I had an SLR and by the time we had got home we'd taken well over 1000 shots in a 10-week period. |
