I am very famoous/infamous for some
I am aged, and cause controversy at times
I am fiercely debated in regards to legality
America has something similar, and maybe others

oh ok! its 4.30 am here Im always up at this time, just got a bit of baking etc to take to the kindergarten this morning lol! Im in the lower half of the North Island.
ok next clue- You could say, I was originally a tree, than became a product, and am somewhat colourful even today because so many people depend on me (lol) |

I am a world traveller from many centuries ago, with a wicked sense of the bizarre. I picked up a few S p a n i s h helmets and some trinkets in Ireland before setting out for a 'round the world cruise. Lost some of those items along the way, but made good on the insurance claim later.
