JT I understand exactly what the IPCC are saying. And I understand the vested interests and politics involved in this whole issue, which is actually about power and money, and nothing to do with saving the planet.
I seriously wish you and Xav took the time to look beyond your preconceptions, and were able to move the discussion to a level above ad-hominem. It would do your case some credit. |

I am appreciative of this recent dialogue JT because it confirms something that takes us back to the principle subject of this thread.
You have no interest in reasoned argument. You have no interest in dissenting opinion, in fact you attitude is one of suppression or ridicule. Which is precisely the point I made earlier linking AGW with Darwinian evolution. If you cannot make your argument any other way, you need to reassess your views. |

deecee, I have no need to reassess my views, as I know what the subject matter is and know the importance of the dangers that face this planet. It is fools that do not recognise due to their inability to understand and accept science as science that is one of the problems.
It is fools that would believe that weather is the atmosphere, it is fools that link AGW to evolution, fools that believe in the unbelievable!
Deecee, with AGW there is no place for what you call dissenting opinion, as it is time to act, and thankfully it appears that the world is ready to act, whether you like it or not! There is NO god that can save you, or anyone, it IS as I have previously said, a case of man being his own god! If your small mindness can not accept, that is your problem!
Your connection between evolution and AGW is pathetic as trully the only connection possible is that threough evolutionary processes man has developed a brain, and using this he is capable of altering his environment. He has done so! Now he needs to learn to recontrol the environment. Thru evolutiuonary processes man is the only species able to so control this planets immediate future. Man has the ability to either destroy or save, not any alledged god! Your choice appears to be like tellthetruth, to destroy! My choose, is to save!
Maybe one day, YOU will be on your death bed, wondering when your god is coming, as deecee, he is unable to, as he does NOT exist! At that point you will know you have lost everything!
Enjoy your smallminded life, and your 'belief, deecee, you are not even worth shedding pity over. |

Soon we will be in the presence of our merciful God forever. This is heaven. So never give up hope. Someday soon we will see our God! Even so, Lord Jesus, come quickly. |

what a sensationalist statement, and also very incorrect, as there are NOT thousands of scientists whom question AGW as you would claim deecee.
One of you many infactual claims and statements!
You will also note on todays news that even China is onboard with AGW and has vowed to reduce its carbon emissions! Do you honeatly think that China would do this lightly? No deecee, they are taking their responsibility!
