Obviously not as well read as you profess to be, the Bible( or scriptures) plainly tell us to "instruct, correct those who have it wrong, it would be beyond your reasoning to understand that I am trying to save these people by getting them to read the word of God for the truth, But there will always be the odd pathetic cretin who takes everything and twists it to suit their own ends,
Have a nice day tomorrow, for all your tomorrows, beleive or don't beleive what you do or don't want to beleive
but at least know what you reject before you reject it, don't give us that regurgetated junk about the Christian wars, no such thing, religious wars, not Christian, Christianity is about following the teachings of Christ, non violent, peace and love. doesnt sound very warlike does it? |

and i emphasize the word "believe" becasue you not only have no evidence to back up the way you claim things to ...,you also have nothing to testify of in any tangible experiential way ,would explain how you came to be so sure that what you believe is the reality of how things are .

we have testified often of the tangible experiential experiences that have consistently confirmed to me the truth of what i believe .
you choose to ignore or reject our testimony .but that does not change the truth of it .

I too believe in Mary. She was an historical figure and a faithful woman who God chose to be the earthly mother of Jesus. But that is where any reference for Mary begins and ends. She is not the mother of God, or the mother of the Trinity, or the mother of the Church.
When you speak of a 'continuation of the Bible' you are on dangerous ground theologically. It is perfectly reasonable to study and interpret scripture; it is entirely something else again to add to it, which is what the RCC seek to do.
When you accept a doctrine that does not draw on clear and specific scriptural support, you are on very dodgy ground indeed. |
