Re:TOKEN FEMALES Reply to this message
Harry appears stricken with the weak willed, seriously dumbed down do gooder syndrome, commonly known as Political Correctness. This doctrine strips sufferers of the ability to think clearly as an individual, instead leading them to parrot all manner of whimpy, agreeable claptrap in order to ensure no one ever forms a strong stance on anything! Thus weakening what used to be the strong voice of the people.
Of course an employer , as wage provider should be able to choose who he wants to hire. I think the "rationale" must be that because so many hopeless wierdos were missing out on the good jobs(women in particular), new dumbing down laws were needed in order to ensure their progress along with everyone else ( regardless of actual suitability).
Being forced to hire women over men through the pathetic "woman friendly" Affirmitive Action is blatant discrimination any way you cut it yet the PC brigade will trumpet its merit all day long at the expense of those being dicked (men). Same with blacks being gifted opportunities over whites!
Seems discrimination is quite o.k with these flakes as long as its directed at straight white males.

Harry seems to be of the generation of PC stuff we love to hate, hope he not going to become a politician!!

Employers already choose who they want to employ, the clever ones just dont make it obvious they they discriminate or make judgements.

I work in an environment that has to many females and they can get pretty caty(?) at times.

Re:TOKEN FEMALES Reply to this message
not HARRY my name is JESS how many times does it need to be said. "harry" is my partner. get it right.

and yes, correct - female, age 21.

and wtf with this "PC" talk, i think most of the people on here just try too hard to be the "anti-PC" and jump on the bandwagon - being controversial is the in thing. some of my views may align with views that are seen as being 'PC' and others may not, unlike the rest of you i really don't care as to which category they fall under.

all i was suggesting, beau, is that perhaps you should be vying for equality amongst both sexes and that nobody should be held back or promoted for being either a man or a woman. i don't agree with men being held back in favor of a less qualified candidate because she is female, nor do i agree with women not even being considered because of a 'boys club' way of thinking.

Re:TOKEN FEMALES Reply to this message
Spoken like a true fence sitter jess, abet each ways a good way to ensure your not actually drawn to far in any one direction. Your ideal sounds sweet in theory but has no bearing on reality ! You wont find me championing the female agenda along with the mens simply because as ive said, men are no where near as well catered for when it comes to one sided, blatantly discriminatory Govt and Media assistance, as are women. So again, no my goal is to help guys get a more equitable deal.
Cheeky chap above states i dislike women in general, actually couldnt be more wrong , and thanks for asking but not queer either. Like nothing more than a red hot romp with like minded recreationally raunchy playmates, preferably in sheerest nylons, spike heels an baby doll tops, even better if she slips into something hot as well!:)

Jess - I'd ask for Harry's opinion but I suspect you'd have to give it to him. You're 21? That explains it. All 21 years olds instinctively know the right answer to everything :o) .

Re:TOKEN FEMALES Reply to this message
Well said beau,

and funny to boot.

I am 43 and divorced after 19 years of marriage which I hated. Am not to shabby to look at and keep fit and toned. Drive a classy car and own my own house with a professional job. Have seen way to much PC and am amazed at how many young women 19 -28 are keen to date me again and again. The next generation knows what they want and how to get it without the angst mine went thru. The age of Aquarius is truly upon us. Its great....

Re:TOKEN FEMALES Reply to this message
I hear an see that Kev, lifes too short my friend and there does indeed seem to be no shortage of switched on young hotties unafraid to take on whats left of the real men.We are almost the same age mate and the feedback i find is that as much as women are told by the feminist controlled media that the ideal man is a pink shirt wearing, compliant master chef who enjoys waxing his eyebrows, the facts on the street are a lot more real.
I also like to keep a good edge fitness wise ,lucky enough to have hung onto one of the several classic old school muscle cars ive owned over the years and generally present in pretty good nick compared to the current crop of ladyboys. Truth is the girls see no value in the snag and will always choose a romp with a real guy rather than a softer version of themselves.
cheers.

Re:TOKEN FEMALES Reply to this message
jeez are you kidding me? i don't know a single woman that could be with a man who wore a pink shirt and waxed.

i think a lot of your perception has become your reality.

and to whoever it was made the smart comment about my age - you're an idiot if you're going to dismiss everything i have to say because of how old i am. if i had said i was 35 would you have given it more value? get a grip.

and also about the fence sitting comment ... that's insane aswell, i couldn't give a damn about what people think of my opinions. do i have to be one or the other? agree with either everything PC or everything anti-PC? it's not that black and white. try thinking for yourself and not just agreeing with whatever view sounds 'least PC'

Re:TOKEN FEMALES Reply to this message
Beau

If you feel so hard done by from women why don't you get off your butt and do something about it, constructively!! Women have worked hard over generations to gain their positions in community and in power but it was certainly not given to them on a platter, it was and still is hard work!! It wasn't that long ago when women had hardly any rights, they have fought to get to where they are now.

Re:TOKEN FEMALES Reply to this message
I disagree wapn, women have and continue to be gifted progress on a gold platter. What else do you call the pathetic "affirmative Action" programme that forces employers to hire a percentage of women regardless of their suitability? What else do you call a feminist enforced Govt funded constant Media blitz gainst all things male? Drink spiking demonises all men as potential deviates yet Hospital stats show just 5% of claims are truthful(the campaign was created to excuse the pathetic behaviour of tryhard girls thinking they can drink like men) same for the domestic abuse campaigns, speeing campaigns, fighting campaigns, they demonise ALL men as idiots, often shown being laughed at by smart, savvy go girls in control.Men should not accept being constantly undermined by the few bitter man haters that manipulate the Govt,Media, courts and public.

Re:TOKEN FEMALES Reply to this message
Beau,
We have statistics to clearly back up the domestic violence in this country. It's a great campaign because it acknowledges that we do have a problem with men beating up their partners. Only 5% of DV in this is caused by female perpetartors. Like I said earlier women in this country have fought hard to gain their positons in society and if you want changes, maybe you need to fight for it too. It was never handed on a platter....

Now jess, did I say I was dismissing everything you said? I'm just having a bit of fun with you. You take yourself very seriously, I am so sorry I upset you. I forget you have probably come through a female-dominated education system that says boys are too rough and no one must ever have their feelings hurt. I don't know if I would pay any more attention to you if you said you were 35. Possibly. Ask me when you're 35.

Re:TOKEN FEMALES Reply to this message
Hey we agree on Veitch. I don't think yer thick m8, just your life experience is short, like mine was @ 21, so everyhing's easier to decide - usually by what your like-minded friends think. I saw a quote attributed to Winston Churchill recently: If you're not a liberal at the age of 20 there's something wrong with your heart. If you're not a conservative at the age of 40 there's something wrong with your head.

Calm down & go in peace.

Good humour whattheheck, yep jess does seem very intense for wunsoyung. In an earlier post she was spouting about having 13 years "experience"living in Oz,then later she reveals her age as 21!! Must have learned a lot at age 8!!
The school scenario you described would be hilarious were it not true, i could elaborate all day but in a nut shell the current educational mantra is "WOMEN GOOD, MEN BAD'.

Re:TOKEN FEMALES Reply to this message
beau you have me confused with somebody else, the longest i have spent in australia is like 8 days when i was 15

also beau is absolutely right, we need to stop advertising for women to watch their drinks for being spiked in bars and stop bringing attention to domestic abuse (makes men look bad).

Re:TOKEN FEMALES Reply to this message
as an intelligent and highly capable female i object to being handed any sort of favoritism based on my gender. we aim to live in an equal society with men and we are perfectly capable of living independently.
i think that to be given special Privileges based on gender assumes that women are less than men and need special help to achieve to the same level.
women and men have different strengths and having a balanced workforce is beneficial.
we need common appreciation of each others talents and these "token female" policies that seem to exist do nothing to encourage such.
it is simply discriminatory to males and insulting to females.
the only place for female oriented policy is to ensure that women are given equal opportunities as men. not to turn the tables round completely to disadvantage men.

lets go for some REAL equality here.
