| With the knowledge this sort of behaviour is happening in Christchurch etc, I am left wondering??? if a participant was severely injured, does this mean another strain on our already broke ACC, I guess its just another stupid so called "fun" thing our youth have dreamnt up and to heck with the possibility someone could end up really hurt, thus requiring ACC. |

lets bear in mind that in boxing, the objective is to knock your opponent out, a KO if you can....which is achieved by causing a brain injury/brain bleed, often causing irreversible damage. I cannot believe that boxing is still a legitimate sport, it should have been canned along with gladiators and feeding people to lions. Its insane. Its a moron's game and any associated injuries should be declined by ACC.
Cameron was quite seriously injured in the first round but they sent him back out there because the people had paid.
Tua is certainly not the sharpest tool in the shed and will ultimately walk into what Cameron got.
They do it for mana, for money, for glory?????????

| Lol, it ain't so bad. It was only a few years ago now that me and the boys got out the ol' gloves and had a bit of a slugfest. A few bloody noses and a sore head was nothing that couldn't be sorted out with a few drinks and a quick puff. A good ol' fight between friends can sort out any bad blood in my experience. |

I want to know if they pay more levies on their car regos?
It should have a tick box. Do you or are you involved in non sanctioned fighting? If they say yes the ACC levie is $3000. |

| I'd rather be boxed in the face than stabbed in the neck, which is the way youngsters seem to be going nowadays. Now, I'm not saying that every boxer is like this, but I have a old friend, ex golden gloves, who isn't all barbarian like you describe, rather gentle as a fly 'til you get him in a ring, or start a fight with him (It ain't easy to do). In those cases, he'll let you have it. |
