| How many people are actually surprised to see Mallard once again in the paper for bullying people. He assaults a member of the public and assumes he will get away with it by using the "I'm just a poor misunderstood cyclist" defense. As soon as it gets out he cries foul then starts pumping out interviews. What about the poor mum driving the car who was verbally abused and chased by Mr Mallard? Lets see how many more times Mallard can get his photo in the paper for this one - it's all just publicity to him and damn the cost to anyone else. Once a bully - always a bully and I'm ashamed to admit I actually voted for him - I'm not going to make that mistake again. |

If someone jumped out of their car and swung a bag at you when you were cycling past would you not kick the bag out of the way to stop yourselof getting knocked off.

Same applies the other way holmy.
He said she said. but he only one with a complaint laid against him is the duck. On past performance and his generally cowardly nature (did you see him with that motel owner?). I'm leaning toward the driver and passanger of the car. Especially if you were to swing your bag at him it certainly wouldn't be at his foot, now would it. The truth is probably he was riding like alot of cyclist (as if he owned the road) and she simply didn't see him. ie an accident, but this duck is so self absorbed he assumed it MUST have been deliberate, so he starts trying to bully her. Wonder what he would have done if it was me in the car. I am a solid individual. He would more than likly run like frightened rabbit as he did in Palmerston North. |

storm in a teacup again .
i'll wait for the evidence , the article says there were other cyclists with him and they testify of it also .the corroborate that the car stopped ,someone got out and swung a bag .
