The old adage "You reap what you sow" should be understandable to most of you.
So these gang bangers reap the sorry and misery they sow in society...tough shyt...kids should be taken off them and hopefully given a chance with a real life. Not a life of drugs, stolen property, crime and violence!

| Police did nothing wrong by using pepper spray against gang members who were attacking them. They acted under section 39 of the Crimes Act which allows them to use force when executing arrests and under section 48 of the Crimes Act which allows any person to use force to protect themselves or another. Children were not sprayed directly and Police have no control over who may enter or be in the room when they are attacked by thugs and they are forced to used pepper spray. |

I agree - stiff cheese 'gang dad'. You don't have a problem letting your kids watch the violence you bring into their lives. Police would not have been there in the first place had there been no assault taking place in front of them.

the policed were at their station .they did suddenly decide , lets get up and go to this mans house and pepper spray him and get some over spray on his kids .
they did not set into motions the events that lead to a child getting a little sting in the eyes from pepper spray .
the criminal choices of the father DID set into motion a series of events that resulted in that happening .
if he truly loved his children he would conduct his life in a manner which is does not lead to situations which put his children at risk
therefore the fault lays fully with the father . |

because i choose to conduct my actions in a manner which will bring the greatest assurance i can of their safety,
dont speed recklessly and blame the tree i crash into for killing my kids .

u contradicted urself as u accept to take responsibility 4crashing (bcoz ur in control of the steering wheel & the car) bt u refuse 2blame the person with the pepper spray hu has their finger on it.. instead u blame the kids 4being there(lyk the tree) & having a gang dad.. well its not the kids fault..
especially since the police hav rules stating they aren't aloud 2disperese pepper spray wth kidz or other persons the sprays not intended 4in the room.. as 4the excuse the kids mytve walked in2 the room where this happened is highly unlikly 4a 13month old child.. |

| Niether Ashton, but I just know a little about the law and have a lot of common sense unlike yourself. You have no clue whatsoever. To think the cops have time to look around the house to see who "might" be affected by spray as thugs are attacking them is ridiculous. The law protects them, and there are always exceptions to regulations - in any industry. |

the cops knew wat they were there 2do.. enforce an arrest warrant on people 4fighting with police.. they knew they are aloud 2use force wen doin this & i think there was little doubt, as theyre arresting thm 4 assaulting police,that they were goin 2use force/violence.. its most likly police wuddve used force wether they resisted or not..
sadly that violence happend upon the kids sleeping there & as police did not follow protocols it can not b justify by law or ne1 with a sense of morals.. |

Who are you to say protocols weren't followed?
How do you subdue a couple of thugs threatening a couple of cops? Whip out guns and make threats? Or spray pepper spray which in most cases (as it did here) subdues threats with relative ease. How can anyone possibly think the police were in the wrong? The police didn't walk up to the 13 month old baby, shout "Ha, take this!" and spray them. It was risk losing control of the situation, or take control and end it there and then. Right decision, tough luck kiddies, maybe if your parents weren't in a gang you wouldn't be subjected to collateral damage. |
