| Hone should either resign - or be sacked. And immediately. His comments are vulgar, offensive and rascist. He has no redeeming features that should allow him to continue in this role. |

While we have MPs and parties that think like this we will never move forward as a country
Maori MP Hone Harawira has reacted to an email criticising him for bunking off a work trip to visit Paris by lashing out at white people.
In an email exchange released to Radio New Zealand, Mr Harawira accused "white motherf...ers" of "puritanical bull *** " for expecting him to follow the rules.
Prime Minister John Key has labelled the remarks "deeply offensive" but he says it is up to Maori Party leadership to deal with it.
Already this morning Maori Party co-leader Tariana Turia expressed concerns his unscheduled side trip to Paris during a taxpayer-funded work trip last month would damage the party's reputation.
Mrs Turia did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the email.
Mr Harawira skipped a meeting in Brussels so he and his wife Hilda could spend a day in Paris. He paid for the extra travel himself.
Buddy Mikaere of Buddy Mikaere and Associates wrote an email to Mr Harawira complaining about his actions.
"... you're no better than that w...er Rodney Hide and the white mofos you complain about," Mr Mikaere wrote, referring to Mr Hide's actions in taking his partner on an overseas ministerial trip despite the Prime Minister John Key's direction against the practice.
"And get off you moral high horse while you're at it -- nobody forced you to be an MP."
Mr Harawira wrote back starting his email; "Gee Buddy, do you believe that white man bull *** too do you?
"White motherf...ers have been raping our lands and ripping us off for centuries and all of a sudden you want me to play along with their puritanical bull *** ."
Mr Harawira then went on to say how much time and energy he put into fighting for Maori and what a big role his wife Hilda played in that.
"And quite frankly I don't give a *** what you or anyone else thinks about it. OK?"
Then he added a postscript saying he should feel free to go to the media.

Welcome to MMP...under this system you get the absolute low lifes like harawira peddling his racism and attitude of 'Ill do what I like' - it is not a maori party attitude I don't believe, but is symptomatic of many maori when in power - we only think how toa henare and the gang of 5 acted when first in parliament - dark glasses and acted like some arrogant mafiosa..
...harawira MUST be fired...otherwise it sends the message "do what you like we dont care" from the party leadership...
...key should demand his resignation too... |

i can see the fairness of Maori seats being abolished ..only then can they be fully elected in by the people and therefore be seen as our full political equals .(which i fully beleive they are ,the Maori party proves this to be correct )but the compulsory Maori seats are totally undemocratic .\
It is time for Maori to say no thanks to the babying hand out and move forward on equal ground . as long as they insist on the hand out of the Maori seats they are admitting they are less then equals who need help .

Interesting that Hone wanted to visit so badly one of the Jewels of civilisation Paris That White Mother ####ers have built. I wonder if that is hypocrisy or not?

"Hone has a history of making intemperate and outrageous comments and this one is right up there," Mr Key told reporters a short time ago.
The Maori Party needed to deal with it.
"Hone Harawira has made a statement that is deeply offensive to a lot of New Zealanders."
Harawira reacted to an email criticising him for bunking off a work trip to visit Paris by lashing out at white people.

| Ace he was voted in by his constituants so would have been there under FPP also. He should be down the road but he actually does represent a certain demographic of which the likes of lalamien belong too so you could say its democracy at it's best. |

In spite of what Hone says,I did not have sex with that woman..my Mother.
This is what you get with MMP...more meatheads in Parliament,and sadly Hone is the bad apple that did not fall far from the race tainted tree.
This macho type b/shyte has had it's day and is now totally counterproductive,and the sooner educated intelligent Maori take the place of historical sticks in the mud the better for all. |

| the glass is half empty and some white mother f cker drank it type chineze, The type that like to moan about others and deny self responsibility type........... yeah the hassely type but it does take all sorts and one annoying quality doesn't mean you don't have good ones also.
