The medals case lawyer, Chris Comeskey is fuming that he has been called to give evidence against those involved in the theft of NZ's most precious medals.
The criminal who 'arranged' their return says that although he relaises how important the medals are to the nation, he did not do this 'for nothing', and he wants to spend no time in jails for his other, various crimes.
Once again, these defence lawyers prove what disreputable, dishonest scum they are - no better that their clients.
Chris Comeskey is a disgrace to his profession, and this nation. I really hope he does get locked up, hopefully they'll lose the key................... |

| True to some exten nwhero, but there has to come a time when honesty and integrity dictate that crimes such as these exceed the need for client confidentiality....... |

Don't forget without the co operation of the the criminal who wanted some time reduction these may not have been returned at all.The deal brokered by Comesky ,WHETHER WE LIKE IT OR NOT, played the part needed to obtain them and give the cops a start in who stole them.
In the bigger picture, unless they can prove he has committed a criminal act , NO lawyer should be called against a client or to give evidence about what a client said. |

yea thats right I forgot. Anyone who sticks up for their rights is 'bad'.Everything reported in the 'media' is gospel truth our judges and the police never make 'mistakes'.
I seem to have lost my little 'green book' on how to be a good citizen. |
