| jj, you're up to your old tricks and spouting shyte!!!! There is a guy in ChCh who has been prosecuted under Sue Bradfords rediculous law for clipping his kid on the ear. He was arrested within 3 days of the incident yet within a few days a child was admitted to Starship with "non-accidental injuries". No arrests and 3 months later the police were still "investigating"!!! Sue Bradford is a PRAT!!!!! |

i thought that incident was discussed and the guy wasnt prosecuted gaba. as for the police not making an arrest for the other, maybe, THEY HAVENT GOT ENOUGH EVIDENCE !!!

See thats what you believe. THEY ALL VOTED FOR THE BILL> lol.
WEll the way it was writen would have put paid to perants having their own kids at home, we would have ended up with big fatherlend camps for all the abused kids.
So to see sense, National put in an amendment to allow the police to use their discression.
With out that amendment we would all be in big trouble.
So national sofened it down, Wheh thay become government it will go compltely. Just as easy as that.

| Sue Bradford does not have a single clue as to what is going on in the schools. Daily teachers are being kicked, pushed,punched, have chairs thrown at them, get sworn etc., by chidren as young as 7 years old. You do not want to know what is happening in the high schools. I'm a teacher myself and I vow that if any child lifts his or her hand to me, I'll hit back - then the school can sack me. Teachers need to stand up for themselves. Helena |

| Go Ducati - I have a friend who is a teacher aide and she was abused and kicked by a 7 year boy. When the child's father came to school, he hurled abuse and threatened everyone. Doesn't take much to work out where the kid was getting the attitude now does it!!!!! |
