They are to be sent back to New Zealand where they have citerzenship, but they are born in samoa.

| I totally agree. Take away the citizenship and don't let them back here. Let there own country deal with them, there are enough of our own people who abuse the system without letting in people who think they can do anything they want. |

| Unfortunately we can't send them back to Samoa, they're NZ citizens so have a right to be here under NZ law. Until such time as they break the law here then we haven't a leg to stand on. Problem is, once they do break the law here, as soon as the call comes to send them back to Samoa all the bleeding hearts, civil libertarians and do-gooders will protest against that. |

perhaps we cannot do such an exile system in the present , but it could be set up for the future .
a written and signed agreement that on acquiring legal residency in this country you fully understand and agree that if you break the law in regards to violent crime (in particular ) you have pre agreed to deportation effective immedialty . If you break other other laws you can NEVER apply for citizenship you remain on residency and therefore available for deportation should you break a law in the realm of violence .
long winded lol
so .. they get residency .. if they break a minor law by minor i mean carries lesser penalty on sentencing ) (ie shoplifting )they can never from then on apply for citizenship, EVER> and can be deported if they ever commit a violent crime .
This should apply to ALL nationalities. and triple the sentance for nz born offenders |
