Wiremu Curtis, on eof the two men who killed Nia Glassie has been separated from other prisoners because of fears for his safety.
What kind of c**p is that?! Being with violent prisoners is the least he deserves! Was he worried about Nia's safety when he spun her on a clothes line, put her in a dryer, did wrestling moves on her and kicked her in the head? I don't think so! The people in charge shouldn't be so soft and let that scumbag get what's coming to him! |

The lawyer for Wiremu Curtis, Craig Horsley, said today his client was being held at a prison in Te Awamutu.
He was told this morning by the Corrections Department that Curtis was being kept in segregation.
"Certainly one of the reasons is because of his own emotional state and that they are concerned about his emotional well-being," he told Radio New Zealand .
Did he give a flying f--- about that 3 year old girls emotional wellbeing?
put him in general population and see how tough this mofo is when he gets to fight people who can and will hit back. |

| Wiremu Curtis isn not the only perpetrator of this dreadful crime. Everyone who witnessed the prolonged abuse of this little girl is equally guilty in Gods eyes and need to accept the responsibility for her death. This sort of thing is still going on and untill people start to talk about abuse that they witness then Nia Glassie will not be the last victim . . . I pray that my 12-year -old daughter will not be the next to die. She has been abused by her mothers boyfriend since October 1999, the whole family knows about it but are afraid to talk to the police, CYFS have had 8 (at least) notifications but refuse to do anything, yet the abuse continues. I have made two formal complaints to the Police after my daughter told me of specific incidences, after the second one the police told me that I would be arrested if I complained again - for making false complaints! The responsibility for this kind of child abuse runs deep and will continue untill the attitudes of EVERYONE in the community changes, and child and spouse abuse becomes UNACCEPTABLE! |
