OK, I couldnt not say my piece on this .... they are concerned for his safety in prison and for his mental state so are keeping him in segregation in prison ....
WELL EXCUSE ME , but who was there and concerned for little NIA when she was emotionally, and physically traumatised and ultimatly killed by this sick and depraved thing( i can't even call him human ) .... I dont think that there should be any concern for his mental state etc , put him in prison to serve his sentence along with all the others , no special conditions or circumstances as none of those *THINGS* ever gave Nia any consideration or support!!!
I am disgusted that now they are concerned about him and others that commited this heinous and gutless offences against an innocent child!!!
So in my opinion they serve there time in jail in general population with everyone and have the same benefits that they gave her , oops guess thats NONE!!!
thats my opinion on this matter!!! |

| Totally agree with what has been said here - Who gives a rats A*$e about how he's feeling - he didn't care about that sweet little 3yr girl & how she was feeling when him and those other sick #THINGS# put her through so much suffering - put him in general population and see how he likes being bashed about by bigger people - I say string them up - end of story. | Well.......he won't be kept in isolation for ever. And prisoners have their own "code of ethics" so to speak. He'll probably try to shelter behind some of his gang associates, most bullies seem to stick together because they show their true personalities when they are on their own. In his case it's a snivelling coward. Hopefully he will end up on a slab with a knife in his guts, and this time I doubt whether many people will care. |

| Personally I don't care if these people rot in their cells for the rest of their days...pieces of shyte that they are. But let's just imagine one of them gets dealt to by another inmate (arguably just deserts) then you and I will be footing his medical expenses and his payout...put them in isolation and leave them there to die. |

| This baby went through hell and no one and absolutely no one deserves to suffer that way, a child, and there are concerns for the prisoners or the perpetrator who did this, all moronic imbeciles that need to aneasthetised, and put down like the animals that they are, even dogs are better behaved, many animals and these horrible despicable people are a burden on the tax payer, solutions, what for and waste more tax payers money, new government has happened and possibly a brighter day, the victims who suffer at the hands of morons, animals! stuff the lot of them! Life is for living, and not for taking without a reason! Wherever she is Nia, it has to be a lot better than here, Love how hard is it? | Well boo hoo for the poor liddle man. No worries about terrorising and murdering a helpless child but as soon as his a**e is on the line he suddenly gets a conscience "concerns for his mental well being" what a crock let him do what he needs to do so we don't have to pay for his upkeep any more. | Corrections have to put these people in seg.The basic premise is that society{state} put people in prison, there fore they have to be looked after.If they were not, all the bleeding heart civil libiterian will crawl out of the woodwork and complain.As for so called prison justice, crims only pick on inmates who have commited these sorts of crimes because it gives them an excuse to bash some one.They don't care about the crime committed, just a chance to bash some one.If these two were to so much as look like they can handle themselves, the inmates will back off.I have seen it.So don't go over board about prison justice. |

| You're right berniehf12. Prison 'justice' is just an excuse for more animal behaviour. Someone we know was murdered by a loser scumbag some years back. No more details or someone will guess who I mean. Offers to the family came out of the blue (or rather from behind the walls) to deal to the guy. Didn't know death was so cheap eh. The offers weren't accepted (the family is deeply religious and it made them even more upset) but he ended up dead anyway. Was called self inflicted. Yeah right. |
