It amazes me, are they searching for donations or what?
Why is this Government offering tax breaks for businesses, while those businesses, having taken full advantage of every handout that Government can dream up....tax breaks, depreciation rates, even a blind eye turned on price control and rigging...when they in turn sh...t on the workers of this country and move off shore to utilise cheap slave, child, and enforced labour.
Never would a Labour Government ever have been guilty of such disgusting behaviour, nor would they have sucked up so to big business until Clark and her trash came along.
The trade unions under Clark, can be likened to the 'Indian Knackerless Five Hundred'...castrated, impotent, a bloody disgrace to mankind. It is a great pity that the workers can't for once, get up off their bloody knees and take back the administration of their unions, and then set about taking back this country..... |

...it would be nice to think that....and nicer still....to know it.
Many of these companies are simply 'Carpetbaggers' they come, they see, they take,....but it is the fault of the workers of this country.
It is they, through their ignorance and ineptitude who sold out the very ideals they once saw as being the principles of life. They stood by while their fellows were exploited to the full, and beyond, and in their own way, joined in the frenzy |

| Tax breaks for businesses! what a joke! coincides conveniently with Kiwi saver (employer contributing up to 4%) which means, and I am no accountant, that we the employee are paying our 4-8% and the employer graviously gets a tax break which of course will allow him to contribute 4%. WE ARENT GETTING ANY EMPLOYER CONTRIBUTION AT ALL! |

| Wonder if this has anything to do with Rio Tinto and Graham Hart telling Helengrad to go and get taxidermitised if they bring in the current carbon emissions TAXES that are planned. Rumour has it that the govt. will end up pocketing about $60BILLIONS and the scheme nothing but a front for increased taxes. With that sort of extortion something would have to be offered up as a smokescrean wouldn't it. Booom, and another smoke grenade goes off........ |

| In view of the fact that a worker, that loses his/her job because of closure, also loses any family assistance benefit and any kiwisaver contributions; I wonder what great incentives will be offered to them. Knowing Helengrad it will by, "tough" and the co's will still get their bribe. |

| ,Hopefully national will force wages and salarys down so we can compete on the world market, they will get my vote. Our taxes should go to education ,health,welfare. at present we are one of the lowest taxed countries in OECD, WE need more subsidies for exporters, so we need higher taxes. |

Tax Break?? What is that?? I have a share in a business
and I know that we have not had one. I look at it this way:
It is all for the Worker, we have to give them holiday pay,
we pay them for being off sick, we pay them for bereavement leave, we pay their ACC, we pay them for Statutory holidays if they turn up for work or not, and now its 4 per cent for kiwi saver which will rise to more over the next while. Is it any wonder a lot of us are moving off shore, no worries however with the way things are going there wont be jobs for anyone much longer |
