13-year-old Iraqi suicide bomber kills four guards
A 13-year-old girl blew herself up at a checkpoint in central Iraq on Monday, killing four Sunni guards and wounding at least 15 civilians, a military and a medical official said.

Nutter in Iraq?
I wonder.
Misguided from our point of view.
Wrong to kill from many points of view.
But i don't think nutter. In a way she had the courage of her convictions. She, in her own (admittedly warped) way, has the same courage as the young girl in Britian. She took control of her own life.
Don't agree with the outcome or anything else to do with suicide bombers.
But what amount of courage, or believe, or desperation, would it take for someone to strap on high explosives and then push the detentator her self? |

13 year old in Iraq...in a twisted sort of thinking i would agree with you about Courage....my instinct (if it matters) says she was coerced and not mature enough to know and comprehend the world of politics to commit such a murderous attack.......way too young to comprehend, methinks.... |

| I suppose people should also be aware that you cant believe everything you read in the paper or hear on the news.you heard this information probably fourth hand, also, you heard it from a US official, and after they destroyed the world trade centre to start a war in iraq, re opened guantanamo bay where they held innocent civilians captive for 3- 4 days against their will without so much as a phone call to their loved ones, all the while being exposed to over 70 years worth of asbestos, and massive chemical exposure causing everything from illness to death, can you honestly take their word for ANYTHING anymore?and as for that girl choosing to die, perhaps unlike the so called 13 year old bomber, she doesnt exactly have a hard life all in all, suicide in a hospital?as far as I heard euthanasia was illegal. |

| That is a heart felt story about the uk girl I'm glad she won the battle not to have the transplant, how dare doctors and dump ass soical workers take this little girl to court for something that is still not going to give her any more quility for life that she already has. it may give her a few more months of being sick that would be something to live for. |

excuse my ignorance...but i can't understand the angle you're coming from.....? we're discussing age and courage here, and also the awareness level of these young children...i failed to connect your statement of the world trade center and quantanamo bay with the tragedies these two children went through...? don't bother to reply, i just wanted to point out that sometimes people are way off the mark (and depth) at times... |

The transplant they want to give her may not work, and even worse it may cause relapse, when you have been in and out of hospital in all your short life the prospect of this would be terrifying for both the child and family. Do not talk to me of being naive, I am more than aware of world events and have travelled extensively, as for the typo, WHAT A FAAKIN RETARD YOU ARE!!!!
You would not dare to say what you have said to me face to face, if you did I PROMISE YOU that you would be able to visit Ward 18 at Wellington Childrens Hospital, or Starship because you would be spending a long time in one of the adjoining wards!!!
