I have just been thinking about material/matter things being an illusion or just pure energy.. This makes me think about the Philadelphia experiment where the Americans tried supposedly to make a ship invisible and shift it to another location. Some stories say it actually happened but caused some of the sailors on board to have ongoing nervous/mental problems. Surely this experiment to happen would mean they had to change the matter (the ship) into some sort of energy to shift it. Just a thought |

rush - philadephia experiment never was...purely a figment and fiction...
...however like all conspiracies (like belief in God) there are those that will NEVER be swayed they are anything but fact...
...ponder for a moment - let's assume the US Government had indeed cracked the ol' unified field theory...philadelphia disappeared...POOF!...do you seriously think such work would not now be advanced?...be the most singular amazing feat by mankind?...that since when, 1943? or so...there has been NO factual account...

I am not sure myself about the Philadelphia experiment but I am inclined to believe that the American military machine and their industrialists had a finger in many pies like this. You seem to want to see factual evidence of everything, but that is the nature of conspiracy in the first place. We won,t agree but these message boards at least let everyone put their view. There are supposedly whistleblowers now in the disclosure project who have stated that they were teleported to Mars over the last few decades. Remember the Flash Gordon films and how some of those stories came true. |

rush...simoply posing outlandish conclusions under the guise of 'conspiracy' is not intelligent.
Lanz scours the net, but is preconditioned to anyone who has a beef against capitalism and the USA in particular...so he is predisposed to belief or want to believe anything they say...
On many occasions I have clarified his postings when he name drops and gives a line or two about these so-called intellectuals...when cut n dried they are simply left wingers with an axe to grind against big business...
And you are correct...if a conspiracy is posed, it is logical to say, how realistic is this to be factual, or is there any fact...only when one finds evidence or instances where you could say...hang on, this doesn't add up, can you conclude conspiracy, cover up or similar... |

And another thing. There are supposedly lots of underground bases in America built on several levels underground.. Apart from the people who work or live in them DO the people around the world know what goes on in these establishments, in various countries (Including Pine Gap in Australia). There must be plenty of things goind on we don,t know about, otherwise why do counties have Intelligence/secret service agenclies. |

with 911 for example simply key issues do not make sense and noone has explained them who says a conspiracy exists - (1) to set the towers for demolition whilst people worked there would be impossible - you cannot set fuses, run lines, remove fabrication to expose steel etc etc in a weekend like some suggest....so that's one blown to pieces....(2) there is ample photographic evidence of plane pieces all over the pentagon lawn plus two gaping holes, one over 75 feet wide...that's another theory gone when we are told it was a missile...
So yup....I'm all for a debate on conspiracy or 'what are the real fact'...I've no time for sheer fiction... |

Obviously rush...every country has 'intelligence services' and these operations work in and outside these countries...
I've no doubt there are many facts about 911 that are still top secret and will never come out...we would all be fascinated if the CIA came clean on black ops going back 50 years...
Pine Gap is hardly secret...its operations are known...it is a tracking station run by USA...most likely NSA as these places tend to be...but what they actually may have found out during tracking is obviously secret...
There will be many underground facilities...and one for the president and top congressional leaders should a nuclear war break out...well known, but location not.... |

The fact that governments don,t tell their taxpayers what is going on in a lot of these cases IS a conspiracy. Conspiring to keep the truth from the people. So it goes on, and we may or may not know. What do you reckon is being tracked at Pine Gap. I read where they have banks of computers everywhere. |

Communications...cell phones of known dissidents maybe...international espionage info...would be tracking any missiles...

really?
So in a large corporation the Board are duty bound to advise the rank & file what's going on...which businesses they may be thinking about buying...selling out too...how their R&D is going and how far away new products are...???
How is it any different for a government?...they have delicate trade deals going...are part of alliances that require them to front on issues that are sensitive...they must be seen to be compliant in certain circumstances....to tow a global view in others....
...they would never and cannot be expected to offer full disclosure to the citizens... |

That view is a bit simplistic and surely different to say underground bases or perhaps the Philadelphia experiment. I,m not saying they should have told the people but they conspired not too obviously as people working in those bases had to have different levels of security clearance. It also could be true of 9/11 if the American givernment withheld knowledge of what actually happened. |

Rush this is crazy stuff...in every company there are different levels that know more about what's going on than others...in the military every rank has access and clearance to a point on all manner of intel...same with governments...
...is it not obvious at highly restricted bases then certain ranks & levels have more access than others???...
...in my opinion there will be much about the intel of 911 that remains secret...the USA is in a war against islamic extremists they are hardly going adopt a full disclosure policy so their enemy can watch on CNN...think about it mate... |

I would like to live on Mars but it would be too far away from my mum and dad and sister.
They could come too but then our friends would miss us and that would be sad.
I think I would like to stay on Earth and spend all that money making Earth really nice like a big garden where everyone could have a lovely time and all be friends. That is what i would like. |

rush...not a lie but I'm sure some aspects are still under wraps...as in how they got through the US intelligence service...under the radar so to speak...but remember also the USA were arrogant in their homeland never being attacked...they were patently unprepared...in no war outside the Civil War has a bomb landed on the USA...

The question that comes to my mind was yours asking "How could America keep the Philadelphia experiment secret if it happened".. Well they have managed with the building of these many deep underground bases in America and around the world, plus what goes on in them etc etc. Just how do they keep secret what goes on in these places??? |

They have not kept the building of underground facilities secret, only locations...
They are obviously going to have levels of secrecy, 'need to know'...we have talked about that previously...every day in corporations, smaller businesses, the Pentagon, MI5 etc etc...even Greenpeace...there is planning that is conducted and known by only a few....hardly conspiratorial...
Philadelphia did not happen Rush...despite Hollywoods intentions...
You have obviously never been in the services rush...it is run on 'need to know'...pretty obvious why too... |
