| I agree. Now that he has signed this new contract with the run away league we'll see how injury prone he is.. Pity money talks in all sports. I thought he would be the last person to sign up for that league but nooo. How wrong was I.. |

Let us hope that Shane Bond does take the money and run, so that NZ cricket can stop chopping and changing selection depending on whether his obviously frail frame is up to a 5 day match.
There may be a dearth of real quality in the Black Caps ranks, but it is better to work with someone that you know is going to last the pace and you can work with, than a show pony who pulls up lame too often. |
