msingh, if you're going to post on these boards, then *please* do us all a favour and use proper English. Your constant abbreviations and misspellings etc make your Posts very hard to read. If spelling or whatever is a problem for you, (My Spelling leaves a lot to be desired too.) then I suggest you Cut and Paste your Post into Word and Spell-check and Proofread it there before Posting it here.
I can tell by your 'nick that you're of Indian Extraction, but are you actually from India, or are you a New Zealander of Indian Ancestry? If the latter is the case, then you're backing the wrong Horse my friend. IMHO, if one is NZ born and chooses to live here, then they should back our National Sides. |

| as you both can see clearly the problem with Black caps is because of the team that is taken, the current team is really good, the only two surprising step up for me personally was Ross Taylor and James Franklin other then that Ryder and Vettori always strong in bat, see Ryder is very effective top of the order since then he can last longer, since he needs time to get into his game. Heh India I predict really are stumbling to score runs now with their normally great openers striking out so quickly but until the little Master goes anything can happen. |

msingh - you continue to make ridiculous errors - India cannot compete on all surfaces - last time in NZ they were slaughtered on green tracks - they have a history of failure against the moving ball - however like all Indians you are taking an 18 month run of reasonable results to erase some 30 years of weak performances despite a team overflowing with talent.

| Heh sucks to be msingh now that the black caps are dominating the Indians muahahahaha between I think the score you said 500 + will be the amount of runs that Black Caps will be putting up and not the other way around. I think Indians will be messing up when they are batting, and they are missing their captain everything seems to be going wrong for them now ^_^ |

India is a good team, no a great team, but what else as a nation of over a billion are you good at??? we pick from under a hundred players to make up our national side. The point i make is that with all these good players you still have performed ridiculously inconsistantly in all forms of the game. How did you go in the last world cup with all these great players?? Im not so naiive as to think we are a more consistant test side, but with Indias depth and talent they aint really done sh1t on the world stage up until 18months ago. | msingh, that is a dangerous and pretty naiive statement you made. Like pallidon said its been a loooonnnggg time between drinks for India. Granted they are in superb form of late, but the make up of there side has been the same for a long time. If N.Z had the likes of Tendulkar and Dravid and Ganguly and Laxman and sehwag, with Kumble and singh at there disposal over the last few years our win percentage would be a hell of a lot higher. You can say India are a far better side because they are of late. But with the pool N.Z has to choose from and the limited talent we have, I'll say this. We have performed far far far better in comparison over the last 10 years than India. I credit Dhoni for alot of there change in fortune. |

Msingh - saying NZ supports a team never going forward is rich coming from an Indian.
Despite its powerful team India went some 45+ tests without an win overseas. Good grief mate they have not won a test here for 30 years - yes they finally did win one.
The strength of cricket in India, the millions who play, against NZ with a fraction of the talent pool, actually tells me the Indian team would be the one who has consistently failed to meet expectations.
In the last 18 months they have finally shown some backbone.
careful where you poke the stick mate, because more likely it ends up in your own eye.
As for today's test - I shall not ridiculously guess the scores like you attempted, but even a small child would anticipate the NZ team struggling when you consider Dravid and Tendulkar alone have more test caps than our entire team.
As long as we put up a serious challenge, the outcome matters little to me. Based on that, perhaps we will both be pleased by day5? |

| can india keep there winning form up or will the black caps win the 2nd test....i wanna hear ur thoughts on this....as for me i belive that india has already won the 2nd test....they are just too superior for nz....india will bat first and score 500+....new zealand will then bat and be bowled out under 300...india will then bat again and gain a lead of about 400...new zealand will stuff up the chase like always and be bundled out for less than 200....lets see wat happens...but for now i wanna knw wat u guys think....especilaly u black cap supporters, who keep supporting a team that never looks as tho its going forward... |
