Really disappointing the way the rain had to come along
and ruin what would have been a 2 - 1 series win for the Black Caps.
I think add Bond to the mix and we would have won
before the rain came. But as we all know Bond was out injured |

| I think you can apportion some of the problem to the Bracewell years. What happened to players like Vincent and H Marshall? If they'd been persisted with back then they probably would be in prime batting form now (hopefully). Marshall scored a great ton vs Oz a whils back and Vincent, on his day, was a proven batsman. Even Redmond scored 83 vs Australia until he was discarded for playing one bad shot. These young guys are having to learn their games at international level, instead of learning how to bat sessions and time at domestic level. There are no real quick fixes unfortunately. |

I think Vettori's a great player, but definitely should not be a selector.
If Vettori's playing bad will he drop him self ?
Will he drop his friends ? , Vettori's a consistent performer and hardly ever performs badly..
but that's not the point. |

| No the Black Caps lost because they don't think it's worth anything to them in playing for their country. Now the highly lucrative Indian league, that's a different story, they would perform for that. The present Black Caps, less Ross Taylor, but possibly including Vettori & definitely including McCullum, are an embarassing shambles, a load of total no hopers. My team for the 3rd test, Vettori, Southee then a further 12 or so, none of whoom played in the the first two tests. |

Hey hey hey goodyconnor no need for name calling mate.
Although your frustration is to be expected after New Zealands piss poor performance. But hey is it just me or should Grant Elliott have been used a tad more. I for believe he definitely
should have been throne the ball a lot earlier.
Who must go - ? Flynn & Macintosh should be dropped if they don't stand up in the 3rd test.
Well thats my opinion anyways. |
