Stevenlaw do you think we are so awesome that we can take the rest of the world on with just 10 starting players?

1.MCCULUM- Probs the most explosive player in the world.
2.RYDER- Performed well enough against english in NZ
3.HOW- Solid player
4.TAYLOR- Automatic selection
5.STYRIS- Best batsmen in England
6.ORAM- Auto select
7.ELLIOT- The best of the newby's, deserve's his place
8.VETTORI- captaain fantastic
9.MILLS- bowled well/ bats well/ good player
10.SOUTHEE- player of the series
11.GILLESPIE- economical in england- deserves his place

Thats the team with Flynn/ jeetz/ Martin/ Obrien.
Drop Marshall as he has always been useless and not up to international standards

Re:Champions Trophy's Team Reply to this message
I'm not convinced about How - he seemed to struggle in England. I know he performed well in South Africa and in New Zealand but he just seems to have gone off the boil at the moment. Flynn at 5 would be an option, moving everyone up a spot, leaving Oram at 6. Patel can be interchanged with Gillespie if conditions dictate.

yip good team but open with Ryder and How at three, pity there is no Bond or Flemming otherwise we would be a real chance of winning.

Re:Champions Trophy's Team Reply to this message
Yes that is a good team. Hard luck for Flynn and Gillespie but Ryder needs to be there and Patel is a good option on the dry wickets in Pakistan although I see Sri Lanka and Sth Africa are named as back up venues.
