| Serena has propably got 10 times more money than Carter will ever have, and as for better athlete you have to put a whole team not just one player cause the other 14 does the playing while Carter contribute. Serena would love have 14 others on her side then you can compare. |

This is a retarded thread. You can't compare. For a start, tennis is an individual sport mostly. Serena has probably underperformed because she is by far the strongest woman in tennis but she has faiiled to dominate. Carter is the best 1st 5 in the world but probably not the best rugby player. He is only best in his position. How can you compare?? A fairer comparison would be to say is Carter as dominant in rugby as Stacey Jones is in league. This is much more comparable.
But it is still stupid. |

Serena Williams started playing professional tennis at the age of 16. Daniel Carter turned professional at 21. Serena has won 10 singles grand slam titles. Carter has won more than 20 international rugby tournaments and has been hailed as one of the best rugby players, if not the best ever, the world has ever seen. Serena started her career at the back of a worn out court in a poor neighbourhood in Compton. Carter started in his backyard of a middle income earning household. Both are respected and admired world wide. Who do you think has had the better record?
For me, its Dan Carter. He is more talented, has the personality, is richer and is more famous. What do you guys think?
