yip,ya always bringin up some positive viewpoints,me likey
breakers doin' it...for me ,wallabies are outright class players in their own right,even before the advent of professionalism in rugby,in 91'
they beat us in the rwc semi in dublin,that was a great aus team,the 99' rwc winning aus team was another fabulous side under macqueen,i truly believe they bring out the best & worst of nz sport,they can be the best of winners and the worst of losers as roo coach ricky stuart exemplified,just like the sourface netball coach the plumber,warriors still aint won a title in nrl,only 1 gf appearance,cronullas been to a few finals over 40 years & havent won 1 either,thats how hard it is,so we do ok i suppose
cricket..well i guess a 3 nil beating of the aus team in the chappell/hadlee just a few years ago means diddly squat when ya gotta abck it up & win on a consistent basis,we have our icons & greats,but even me as a kiwi admire & respect true aus sporty pros,ian thorpedo,just the mere mention of the word bradman sends a shiver down the spine,not to mention the dennis lilee's,mal meningas'
of the world,genuine sporting aus icons,but we'll get their,weve got our own icons too,Stacey Jones & Richie McCaw are just 2 for a start..keep it NZ'r i say
a bit of brains,skill,determinatio n & winning mentality.
sorry bout the chapter book typing..just me thoughts

| breakers looking likely to beat the warriors + phoenix to a championship?these comps are important to stengthening our players in these codes + we need the same in other sports,aussie are world class in many sports,we need to feed of this.Wallabies have a great side thanks to the regular competition against nz + sa teams. |
