Lovin the tension mate, plenty of peeps here in Wellies got opinions, pity most are'nt as well educated in the sport as some over on DT.net - even old Shammy. It's funny man, these guys are all "Cameron's gonna whup Tua's a$$! Tua's too old... blah blah blah..." but try to get them to back it up with observations or facts and watch their faces drop.
Yeah I heard bout that guy, no worries, I reckon the event will sell out, and if the fight fans dont stay with him who cares? Look at it this way, who'smore likely to empty the mini-bar? Garden show goer or fight fan? I know who I'd want in to make money off... |

How you handling the bulding tension for the 03.10.09? I imagine the atmosphere is going to be electric. It is truly going to be a night for NZ although I did read about some hotelier that pulled his signing on to provide preference for Fightgoers becasue he wasn't impressed with lack of response hahaha. Apparently there are two other thigns going on in the tron the same day and supposedly with more interest. One of them is a garden show. Go figure. Yeha I had a chuckle but I guess teh guy must have had a rat trap for accomodation who knows? |

ok david tua has K.O some many heavyweight title holders, jonh ruiz in the first round where he won the WBC International Heavyweight Title, then atfer defending that a 4 times and lossing it on the fifth defence, went on the fight Hasim Rahman and when 10 rounds then K.O raham out plus the count less top ranked fighters to get a shot at lewis with he lost..... but hey lewis was a smart boxer.
ok now lets look at shanes title shots and top 10 ranked boxers he has taken on???????????
well i really cant even thik of one............

| soccer is a game with its own skills and playing soccer makes someone no more or no less a person than any other sport. If you assume that all soccer players are poofs it is no better than me assuming that all rugby union players only play because they enjoy fighting, or that all rugby league players are thickwits. By the way, what has that got to do with Shane Cameron, or is that a measure of your own lack of intelligence, sport? |

I reckon if he can drop another 10kg he'll be in a good position to launch another campaign overseas.
