| shane cameron is a no body no one knows who he is or even cares he will lose to tua and shane cameron is also plastic faced since his friday fight where he got knocked the **** out by friday. cameron blamed it on his father for giving him weak skin and making him bleed. |

| Why doesn't Tua have a tune up fight now since Cameron has a fractured hand? That will be good for Tua. Put him against someone that is 2-7 like they did when he tried making a comeback 2 years ago. When he knocks the s**t out of his tune up bum fighter that will make you Tua fans happy. I use to love watching Tua fight before he was exposed as a one dimensional fighter against Lewis. When was the last time Tua won in 12 rounds against a quality boxer? |

| Cameron was beating Friday on points but got careless and got tagged and then KO'ed. I don't think that will happen again against Tua. That will be the only way Tua will beat Cameron is if he connects with his left before the 4-5th round otherwise it will go 12 rounds in a decision to Cameron. When was the last fight he had from that wonderful list before? Tua hasn't got it anymore. |

| You put Cameron in the ring against that list of fighters and I bet he will beat those as well. Maybe not knock them out like what Tua can do with his left but still beat them. Especially bum's like Ruiz and over the hill Moorer. If Cameron got the opportunity he would do alright against those fighters. If I remember correctly in Tua vs Rahman 2 that Rahman knocked down Tua in the last round of that fight but it didn't count as it was just after the bell? The result ended up being a draw. |

| Kane - you must be watching the Teletubbies instead of boxing. The one thing that will let Cameron down is his chin, we all know Tua has a chin of Stone, look he still hasn't been knocked down to the canvass, what about Cameron? Tua has fought people like Lewis (who knocked the *** s out of him, but still couldn't sit him down), Rahman, Ibeabuchi (Lost by decision, 12 rounds), John Ruiz (who was a title contender), Oleg Maskaev, David Izon, Chris Byrd (lost by decision, 12 rounds), Fres Oquendo and demolished Michael Moorer in 30 seconds 1st round (out cold). 3 Losses in his carrer all by decision, never been stopped (KO or TKO) and never close to sitting down. Now Kane I ask you to put your list together for Cameron and show me the camparisons of figthers and why in the hell I would back him based on his figthing history. Bottom line Tua is a bigtime figther, Cameron hasn't even left the small time yet and when he had a chance to move up was knocked out!!!! Cameron won't even know what has knocked him when he and Tua faces off. This fight wont even go the distance, Camerons jaw is to dodgey and his face just cuts to easy!!! |

Kaenio - If Tua takes a warm up while he waits for Shanes hand to heal, what will you say should he get in the ring with Davis (who wanted to be on the June card anyway), or Ahunanya, and demolishes them? Will you then change your mind because David would then have proved his fitness and have a fight under his belt?
Also remember, Tua's not actually that much older than Shane, especially when you look at some of the dinosaurs still plying their trade over seas. People mistakenly think Tua's over the hill because he fought a long time ago, but he was also very young when he started fighting in the States and got well known.
Another thing to consider, Tua has had long periods of inactivity - which may not be the worst thing in the world, instead of having regular fights and hard out training sessions he's been resting, not picking up injuries or bashing his body around, so for his age and profession I wouldn't mind betting he'll be feeling pretty good physically. |

BTW KANE
glad yiou aprreciated the trouble I went to with my essay after all you have to address somoens question why not try and be through instead of throwing in sound bytes with nothing behind them. SHANES body can't handle th bottom end of thcomp he's falling apart and if he tries to ste up he'll lok like he did against friday...simple as that my friend! |

TUA has not fight anyone close to CAMERON.What exaclty is SHANE going to do and more to teh poiunt what is it thathe has doen that inspire you to think that given what' we've seen he will ever come cloe to being a contender? If you can post those poitn I might get a handle what you're looking at in terms of sayng TUA will lose because he hasn't fought... |

What an essay Putz.
I would have give the win to Tua hands down if he was still regularly boxing. But that fact is he hasn't. He has not had a fight against someone even as close to Cameron (I admit Cameron is lower ranked than Tua) since 2003-4. Tua has nothing to gain from this fight and Cameron has everything to gain. You should be supporting Cameron as he still has a career ahead of him where Tua has past his use by date.
Yeah Tua can knock the s**t with his left only but he cannot box for 12 rounds. Cameron will wear Tua out and win the rounds for the win. |

To be fair the BARRY debacle is not in the past. TUA has financial struggles after a judge rescinded the decision that awarded TUA some money. His legal issues are still with him that's a fact.
Why TUA hasn't fought any quality opponents is a fair comment but by the same token SHANE has probably fought worst quality oponents that have been touted as world class to his supporters.
To be fair what happeend in gizzy should have been like something close to throwing a kitten in with a rotweiller. Well we saw the outcome and it's obvious that people base their opinon on their dislike of TUA which has little bearing on the boxing. Who can honestly ignore Davis' and Nolan's comments.
The wirting is on the wall for Cameron and I think it's a joke that they fluffed around as they did and REIUSFELD will no doubt be putting some spin on it.
At the end of the day TUA should just smack the be-jesus out of all of the guys that Cameron struggled against and then give Friday his rocks.LMFAO
Team Cameron are seriously hanging on to the hope of the purse before they go out of business notto mention taht despite all the talk they are re-thinking their posturing and need more time to get SHANE where he needs to be if he is going to do to DAVID what his CAMERON supporters say he will do... uinfoturnately noen of these things can be taught... keep dreamin'. Reality check sooner or later for the mountain warriors and his goats. |

Out of those 49 fights, how many were against quality opposition? 8 maybe 9? When was Tua's last big fight?
Tua has no defence that is why he was taken to the cleaners by Lewis in that fight. I know Cameron isn't no Lewis but it is obvious how to fight Tua. Just go 12 rounds and stay away from his left.
Yeah Tua use to throw combos back 12 years ago. He is an unfit fat slob who will give up after 4 rounds unless he can knock Cameron out with his left.
12 Round win to Cameron is my pick! |

how would shane have learnt after the friday disaster?? friday is taller than tua .... lol

Kaenio - that would've been against Cerrone Fox or Saul Montana right? The Montana KO was beautiful man, double left hook - 1 high 1 low.
And as for Fox, I'm pretty sure Dave wanted to get some rounds under his belt, maybe practice a few things from his training camp, but Fox didn't fight the way they thought he would, instead of trying to use his reach and jab, he tried to stand toe to toe for periods and trade. IMO Tua wanted to practice slipping punches while moving forward, get the timing of the whole thing back, but when they saw Fox wasn't playing the game they got him out of there.
My point is Tua did 3 rounds in 2 fights against admittedly average opponents, but he got them out quick.
And you're right - everyone did say those 2 were easybeats - just like they did about Davis. |

| If this fight was held in year 1999 or 2000 then I would say Tua hands down. But that Tua hasn't fought in nearly 2 years will go against him. Why hasn't Tua fought in that long? The last time I saw Tua fight was 2 years ago and he looked ordinary that day against a boxer they said was an easy beat. |

| mulimau - That is a great post. Friday is ranked 44th in the rankings where Cameron is 64th in all rankings last time I checked. Cameron would also beat the same fighters you say Tua has fought against given the chance. Rachman should have won both fights against Tua. The first fight was a dubious TKO in the 11th when Rachman was winning clearly on points and the second fight was a dubious draw. I agree Tua has the power but not the brains of Cameron and that is where it will be won. Cameron would have learnt from the Friday fight. It will be a slow jab jab fight. |

| mulimau - good post man, only one thing, Ibeabuchi and Tua's fight could've been held in a phone booth - they went toe to toe for the whole fight. But Ike was in a totally different class to Cameron in every aspect of the game. |
