| Irene?! She won't be around for much longer, and we don't need her around...it is well and truly time to blood a new GS. I love watching Irene play, and have a world of respect for her, but, let's face it-she's past her best. My pick would be Casey Williams, Jolene Henry or Laura Langman |

| don't even go there with Jodi Te Huna (Brown) being the captain! Gees she is not even up to playing in the main line up, her performance for the SF's vs Aussie was pitiful. Irene was a one woman band. Jodi was involved in the senior players group far too soon, she is not captain material. Key role for captains is they must lead by example! | Maybe the next Captain should be neither one of the 'oldies' or 'young' ones. How about either Jodi Te Huna or Joline Henry? They are young enough to be around for many more years and have enough experience already at the international level to provide good leadership. And Casey or Laura could be Deputy Captain... |

Anyone got any ideas on who should take over from Adine? Irene is my pick. 1: She has experience 2: It might keep her around for awhile longer, and lets face it, we still need her.
