Well Price did help lure Tate over here and Tate does have a NZ Wife so maybe if Price and Tate put their collective Queensland caps on, maybe they can lure him across the ditch? hehe
Kearney would have to rate as one of the best NRL coaches of NZ pedigree and he's an assistant, not a full time head coach, he also has an NRL premiership ring as a player from 1999 with the Storm, plus two premiership rings as assistant coach of the Storm 2007 and 2009 so he could be a contender, not to mention the world cup of 2008

you never know "Hop's"...Mal married a kiwi girl so theres hope.
Brian would be a better coach if he went to the sharks or the Knights! that way if does well in the NRL then he'd be the best NZ coach in History |

Mal Meninga would be a good choice as coach, I doubt whether or not he'd want to come here mind you
I also agree with nz_warrior
Brian McClennan should be handed the Warriors coaching position, they should roll out the red carpet and welcome him home with open arms |

Brian McLennan should have been given royal treatment and Warriors managemet and so called big time recruit manager Dean Bell should be doing all he can in his powerful position to lure Bluey home, no amount of glossing over this fact, Bluey McLennan has been cruelly dealt with by NZRL and continues to succeed wherever he goes and that all comes back to hard work, It's no coincidence Mount Albert still succeeds to this very day and it's because of the systems Bluey instilled into our club, the virtues of hard work, family support and keeping humble, it sickens me how long we've had to put up with this farce of a coach Ivan Cleary, he's a shambolic worthless turd and that other reject robot Jon Ackland should get the boot right alongside him, Cleary had the cheek to sit on a panel and nominate our head coach of Mt Albert Brent Gemmell as Vulcans coach, it should be the other way round, Gemms should be voting to have Cleary ousted, BRING BACK BLUEY
Long Live Mount Albert Lions Rugby League, no matter which coach you steal from us. |
