| Di13. Fair points - Unfortunately Australia still has a better structured international team. But thankfully every dog has his day and noone has a 100% winning record in Internaional league. I only hope that Australia plays that poorly in every world cup...chances are, that just won't happen. |

Australia should win again and their winning formula is simple
1.'They have better structure'-with players in their strongest positions, hmmm,so tate and monaghan are centres all year, then are thrown wing positions?..strange
2.They never panic in defence and are patient in attack
hmmm tru are they??
3.'They have better discipline'-yip,a penalty try...
great discipline that is
4.'They play as a team and not a group of individuals'??
thats strange...thurston was trying to be a 1 man show boat, and what happened??-far too 'individual'
'Unfortunately Australia by 14 points',um,ah ah
other way round sunshine,34 - 20,14 point win to KIWIS.
HENCE.....'World Rugby League CHAMPIONS 2008' |

On the flip side, the Kiwis have more passion and a greater hunger to win this cup. We also have flair and power. Unfortunately Australia by 14 points. |

How are we going to win??
1. Dont concede dumb penalties, especially late in the count.
2. On attack, let's make it count.
3. And finally, and most importantly - 'Tackle our hearts out!!!'
My mind is saying one thing but the good thing is, this game is all about 'heart'!!!!
Kia kaha Kiwis!!!!! |

I agree. but i dnt agree with the team they named.
Once again we are going in there with a team the dont have what its takes to matchup the numbers, wtf were they thinking with fa'logo hes bee absoulute crud for the rabbits and the kiwis since i remember and it will show come sat.
We want a messy unstuctured game cause we know thats what will feck the roo's. line speed and big D very import with the confidence and mind set.
They say its not a factor but ballcrud!! complecency will be a big factor for the roo's to overcome, it will either happen like this or once again we will be let down with a 30 or more point drubbing, however it wont be close it'ill be either a wasting or an upset no close shet done have the disapline or experience to do that.
either way im ready for a cracker of a game , little bit of biff and an upset!!!
KIWI'S WIN 2008 RLWC!!!
THATS BLACK AND WHITE (or we would like to think so) go boys!! |

Our Weaknesses:
Blair and Cayless do not posess the 'engines' that petero and Pricey do,hence, parity will be good enough, while blair has to match peteros physicalness.
Hohaia and Vatuveis hands under the 'High Ball',very well documented and have clearly been targeted by the roos.
Our Halves/Their Halves
Marshall/Fien..Benji will be dangerous,but he too,will have a huge 'bulls eye',like lance & manu..and will be targeted
Fiens gotten better,dreadful start,strong finish,
fiens long kicking game will be 'crucial'
Still Leuluai..although,he had a great start v Eng,and then was suddenly taken off when the Kiwis were on a 'roll' i thought at the time,it was the wrong move, and it was, luke looked unprepared to enter battle and it showed,i think leuluai may have found a more suitable position?..but we'll see |

We want to change a little bit of the team to throw off what the aussies have been training for with is as you guys said the high balls and grubbers turning the beast around, it could be a good possibility to play nightingale at 2 and perret at 1 bring manu into the back row or forwards to take the pressure off the high balls to the back and him not having to turn and chase, like aus will be planning, Hohia has played in all 6,7,9 but i would have him at 9 to give him the room to hit the line while the australian defense is spreading hes a handfull in that situation and ropati will thrive off aus being in two minds when hohia gets the ball, "dangerous". Fien at 7 obviously marshall at 6 and leului to come off the bench taking hohia spot in the 9 and luke taking marshalls 6 and fien to stay in the 7 all game. I would really like to see rapira start with sika and jerm smith, with eastwood and harrison providing some impact off the bench.
well that's what i would do but like they say " That's just one mans opinion" |
