Hamilton is the best thing to happen to F1, it was soooo boring before him, it reignited my passion for it! I am sure he will win this year, should have last year but others had an agenda!

Re:F1 Championship Reply to this message
dylan.moran how much more does a driver have to do to impress. It's his first season in F1 and he lead the championship right up until the last race.
He had to put up with Alonso who is such an immature idiot, and all the other critics out there who bagged him.
Give the man a break and pick on someone who isn't worthy, beginning with ALONSO!!!!

Re:F1 Championship Reply to this message
Hamilton is yet to impress me. Sure hes winning races and sure hes leading the series, but the only times hes been put under pressure hes cracked.

How sad has Raikonnen's season been - leaves the team where unreliability cost him the series and goes to another strong team where reliability again stopped him from stamping any real mark.

He's definitely a great talent, competing with and matching if not bettering Alonso over the course of the season.

He can ony get better with time too. Sure he will have quite a few World Championships by the time he retires.

Is Louis Hamilton the new Schumacher? He's a pretty hot pedaller that's for sure and McLaren have got him one of the best packages around.

I reckon he's good but he's not in the same league as Schumacher - yet. He's not too far off, there's not too many drivers out there who could go to the top of the drivers standings in their first year.
