| I recently questioned a good family friend about his thoughts on Shane Cameron, he is a cut man in Europe, an old boy who knows the ring game inside and out. His honest assessment although harsh was "heart of a Lion, but bleeds like a stuck pig." He claims this is not derogatory towards Cameron, he has seen many great young fighters with all the "tools", but a cruel twist of genetics makes them an easy target for other boxers. As someone else states a good boxer will always beat Cameron if he can exploit his weakness. |

whoa whoa whoa boys....lol...
Unfortunately this thread has turned both Tua's & Cameron's name into mud.
I also believe Tua is a class above Cameron and will back him whenever he fights, but lets not insult Cameron just because we think Tua is better. Boxing is an extremely tough sport.
Tua will not box Cameron because theres nothing in it for him and if by the off chance Cameron gets lucky and wins, then Tua's career just took a nosedive. It is for the exact same reason why the top 20 wont fight Tua, because then they would be going backwards and if they lose to Tua(which is a real chance given Tua's power), their careers take a nosedive.
We need to appreciate that Tua went to the top(as a challenger) and is now trying to maintain in the boxing industry. Cameron is still trying to get there and should not be blasted for his efforts. |
