i am just stoked ausie made a competition of the tri nations...
if they lost they were goners after their first game, there wouldnt have been a comp.
this weekends gunna be the biggest rugby game of the year...
Ohh yeah i had a thought...
You heard it here first but whats the bet that the all blacks will bring out their secret weapon "kapo o panga" this weekend against the wallabies.. theyve been keepin it wrapped up for the biggy.
it must be hard for deans, he has a big coaching advantage in that he kinda knows the ins and outs of the all black camp and their coaching style whereas the same cant really be said for the ab's can it??
What ever happens im sure the game will live up to the already massive hype just hope theres no big injuries cos i think the tris wont be decided until the very last game
!!!!!!!! CANT WAIT!!!!!
george smith, rocky elsom all over ab's loose unless richie bak..
We need a decent goal kicker though!! |

haha wow how funny it is to read you guys posts now...
the shoe is somewhat on the other foot..
not three weeks ago i came on here saying how the all blacks wins over england were average and blah blah blah.
the response i got from you mob was your just jealsous blah blah
hahahhahaha
i think what we seen last night was once again an average australian side who won...
they have not played anywhere near there best rugby yet...
just as well i know nothing about what im talking about as you guys have yourselves beleive or i wouldnt have one another $100 from the Tab last night...
Ohh as for all the slander matt dunning receives, what does it matter if he eats all the pies, the incumbent's were more than capable than handling the world champs front row...
As for the loose, you seen last night what an openside of the future is meant to be like,, schalk is way to big to keep up with the pace of george smith,, hes droper 6kg he ways less than stirling mortlock..
SMith a class above
Palu, elsom amazing,
Backline showed glimpses of how bread and butter scoring tries is over the world champs |

| nicolte - it looked like a pretty intense game to me, you're not seriously calling the Boks 'pitiful' are you. I think the AB's will have plenty to think about before next week. The Wallabies scored two constructed tries, how many did we get... |

| Given that Smith appears to be the preferred centre Tuitavake must now start along with Wulf against the wallabies next week. He's a line breaker. Sivi carves when he's on form. but hasn't been for some time. Mind you, the AB's aren't playing winger friendly rugby at the moment. The only player in the backline who can create space for himself is Nonu. More danger required outside him. |

wallabies hardly lose to the boks in australia.... just wait till the australians head to south africa!! lol
habana missed a couple of tries... the test itself was a bore.... it seems any average player from the nrl can make the wallabies squad ... ryan cross:):) lol ..
cant wait for nonu to glide through giteau and barnes... |

| Tuqiri is a total ball bad, rating Giteau better than Carter and the saying the Boks showed them how to beat the ABS before they have even played the Boks or ABs. For some reason he seems to think the whole world gives a sh!t about his opinion, if i was Deans id tell him to keep his stupid fat mouth shut. |

Agreed ,Tuqiri is, and has always been, overated,Scored a couple of try`s a long time ago,& lived on that reputation ever since.
In Australia, where top players are few and far between, when someone like Tuqiri, who`s a little better than average, comes along, he becomes their super star.
In NZ, where provincial, and even club teams are full of players of that quality,it`s no big deal, they come & they go unheralded.
Like the big clown in the other code,Willy "Mouth" Mason, Tuqiri seems to have a hotline to the media, always talking himself up,keeping his profile in the media, but honestly, never performing when & where it matters.
Crikey, weve got two, better than him already, still playing under 20s.Kade Poki & Zac Guilford, boy, just wait till these kids get going. |

| brianj10 - agree that Tuqiri has not lived up to the hype (including his own)in the last couple of years but he has been in better form of late, including last night. And he knows how to wind up the Eden Park crowd *LOL* |

| I have to laugh at the sugestion that Tuqiri is a class above anyone else. I for one am glad every time he is selected against us, All he can do is try to bust a tackle,He has no pace and even less finese and lets be honest scores bugger all try's against strong opposition |

I do think Nonu/Smith are the best center pairing.Ellis has a very slow delivery of the ball, but I think he is superior to Cowan.
What's that saders winger that looks and plays very much like peter Hynes.what's happened to him.Is he injured or out of favour ?. |

| Nic, you're probably right about Cowan, but i think our best combo so far this year is Nonu/Smith in terms of opening up gaps. I feel our wingers are overdue & that the conditions haven't really suited them - hoping this will change with drier, firmer conditions in Sydney. Tuqiri's always a handful though. |

| H/B will be evened out, and maybe we will even have an edge if Cowan starts. Nonu vs Barnes will be interesting, strength and power vs skill and finesse, hopefully Kahui starts at centre not Smith, and OZ have it all over us on the wings at the moment, Hynes was outstanding, and Tuqiri finally looks like he has come into some form. |

| Yep tsprout the next two games should be rippers as these two teams bring out the best in each other. I find the bok games more forward orientated wereas the kiwi and ozzies are more backline moves. |

| Agree nalaleba - Thorn & Williams will even things up for us. NZ should have the better tight 5 tsprouster, though the Wallaby loosies & half back edge us. Will be interesting to see how Braid goes if he's picked as # 7 - personally I like him. Looking forward to the line-ups amongst the two back lines: Carter - Giteau (Dan's the man), Nonu - Barnes (Nonu will be stronger), Conrad Smith most likely against Mortlock (Mortlock probably; hope his concussion doesn't rule him out), wings even & hoping for better from our guys in the dry. |
