AB's need to forget about the score line for the samoa game. More important to work on combinations and not make mistakes. Tri nations games are coming down to who makes the least mistakes, top of that list are handling errors and discipline.
They could run the ball from everywhere and try and make it an 80 point win.
More important IMO would be to keep out of their own half. Dont let any tries, stay focused, work as a team and not make any handeling errors. |

Wash your mouth out, nic. I think I'll get our yahoo friends to add that "r" word to the offensive list.
However....I think it would be wise to give all the lesser guys a start. There's no point risking Dan and Richie unnecessarily.
lets call it resting some of the top players for one game. |

| just hope theres no injuries to the key players or at least rest some against manu,no disrespect to samoa, but i wouldnt want the abs to thrash them, get big heads and think they could do that to aus in bris, look what happened to saf against arg,big headed 60 point win, only to be humiliated by the ab's!! i just hope they dont have no serious injuries,i hope it serves a purpose and is at least a decent hitout, maybe start donald, weepu, give some of the guys who havent had much gametime a bit of a go,like mealamu, tuitavake, boric,t homson?! |

Giving it some thought ivea, I wrote the Wallabies off because I really thought they had no chance.
Not to start some argument, I leave that rubbish to wharfie and his ilk.
If I've lost credibility for writing for what I think will happen, so be it.
Lastly, you've predicted the fall of the All Blacks this season, does this mean if the ABs keep the trophy, everything you'll write in the future will be rubbish?
That's for you to answer mate. |

oosposted in the wrong thread
hey rugbycollum how bout those aussie forwards buddy.. i seen them getting dominated all over the park, lineout, breakdown, the scrum wasnt as stable as it could have been but they didnt lose any ball from it...
i used to give some thought to your threads but when you wrote the wallabies off so adamantly and then they come out and beat the bokkes convincingly like that, i struggle to now hold your posts as credible, not that it will matter to you anyway because im sure youll get it right next time aye buddy..
How bout i start your next post for you....
" the all blacks are gunna smash the wallabies in brisbane...."
there you go im sure you can finish that off with some constructive criticism and make yourself feel redeemed of your b.ulls.hititis |

<<once again an incompetent Aussie ref was helping his tasman bum chums along, still the world champs no matter what, wake up!>>
Looks like whinging is a national passtime - blame everything and everyone instead of learning from your mistakes.....I suggest learning and applying the rules, picking a few forwards who have a bit of skill and fitness and having a game plan for a start... |

Still stuck on this "soft try" business I see ivea.
I will concede that the last one was a gift but it came from sustained pressure and an awareness from SA of the big fat zero on the scoreboard. This forced them into catch up mode. Why else would they be throwing long passes 5m from their line?
Can't see that DC's backward slamdunk with 3-4 SA players hanging off him was "soft". Neither was the 1st one. Both came from sustained pressure.
You need to Harden up on the soft tries... |

yeah i guess i just strugle to beleive that an ab's team can handle big pressure since 87'....
rugbycolum i was more interested with your quote "I can't see the Wallaby pack being able to stand the Bok onslaught" unquote, and what reasoning you have to think that the bokkes pack will dominate the wallaby pack. Sure they will be upset at the 2 soft tries they gave away to the ab's last weekend, but that doesnt give them any sort of massive boost over the wallabies. I guess im just strugling to see what you think they have now that they didnt have in perth. Sure they got beaten last week but i dont think thats enough to hold out the aussies... sorry to question you champ but just looking for reasons / mtivation... the loss last weekend??? the faint hope they have of winning the tri's???? |

{Don't agree Rugby.Normally your posts are pretty good,but the Wallabies are not the joke of Australia }
No, no sprout, I meant the Wallabies are a joke when they play outside of Australia, on the road.
Which, I'm sorry but they are.
How many wins on the road in the Tri nations this decade?
Three I think and all during the Eales era.
I'm not climbing into the Wallabies, ivea stated I was unthinking and illogical when I tipped the Boks to dominate this weekend and I was probably a bit tactless in my reply.
For the record, I don't think the Brisbane game will be the cakewalk a lot of people think it will be, I've been at too many Bledisloe tests in Australia to think anything else |

<<one win in SAFA will put all the pressure back on NZ>>
Its a sad thing when supporters acknowledge there is no pressure on their team to win because it has been so long since they have won anything of note......as an AB supporter I say bring on the pressure that success brings and never get so used to being beaten that it doesnt matter.... |
