Do you think that by labelling a particular message board member a 'typical aussie' actually gives you any credibility, or do you think you just come across as an ignorant t.w.a.t?
What is a typical aussie anyway?
I would actually say that the typical aussie and the typical kiwi are very similar, in that they are both very keen on their sport, are passionate about it, and love to socialise over a bbq with a beer around at a mates house, or spend time down at the local rugby club or bar watching the big games.
Aussies and kiwis share so many common interests, that as you know, makes us cousins from across the ditch from each other.
There are of course exceptions to the rule, that sometimes we get caught up in the heat of the moment, and start to 'hate' each other, just because of a perceived injustice perpertrated by the other side.
Now, if you want to label one of these aussie perpertrators as a 'typical aussie' then I don't think you're being fair to the overwhelming majority of aussies who are fair minded and good sports. Just because of one poster on these message boards not tickling your fancy, there's no need to tar all aussies with the same brush, is there?
And sorry to disappoint, but I didn't find your last post abusive at all. You need to grow up mate. |
