well it wont be like Aus have to play france in their first test of the season. At least they will have a few warm up games before they get any serious challenge.
that was a big part of the AB's lose, they are always rusty in the first game.
Would have been easier to have a game against Italy, the barbarians or even argentina first up to get the machine moving. |

Ivea, Aussie is a rugby power, 2 world cups and a ranking generally in the top 3, and the only team in the world to consistantly beat the AB's! Don't be so humble about your team.
In all honesty I'm worried about the Aussie's this year. They look good, albeit against below average competition, but I reckon they could give the 3N's a real crack this year. |

i never did, once again your putting words into my post that i didnt say,
I think they are a better team than last year for sure but a rugby power??? umm no didnt say it,
it wouldnt have mattered if three aussie teams made the super 14 semis... NO ONE was ever going to beat the bulls at home...

No.. i think your just putting words into my mouth or words into my post as it may be..
probability distribution is like if you rolled the dice 100 times and plotted the results the graph would show an even spread, it may very over a short term basis but if you look at the long term results it will show a constant spread....
and hence you could use this graph to predict what is going to happen in the future with reasonable confidence...
BUT you cant do this for a rugby game could you ???
ALSO i didnt say the aussies were on an uprise i dont knwo where you get these ideas from... stop putting your AB's down mate...
I actually think the all blacks are getting stronger not weaker so im actually thinking quite the opposite... |

im not disputing the fact the all blacks are the best team in the world based on STATS!!!!
But you no what stats are aye.... they are based on whats happened in the PAST!!!!
Future games yet to be played are not based on statistics because whether a team wins a game of rugby or not is not based on some "normal distribution" or "probability distribution" for all you with some clue about actual statistics. Its not like rolling a dice, no matter how good a rugby team was once does not determine how good it is now BUDDY!!!!
And that is, whether you like it or not, a FACT!!!
not even mythbustes can find away around that one buddy!!
not that i like getting technical about the game.... beleive you me mate you cant rely on stats when it comes to rugby, it costs too much money.... |

i cant remember who david nucifora coached a couple of years back??? but hey im not about playing tit for tat...
I agree with some of the Kiwi fans in the way that the aussie havent played a "REAL TEST" yet... i mean italy and baa baa were good hit outs but not a real solid test that wont come until july...
BUT!!! we aussies could argue that the all blacks havent had a real test either.. i mean they played a FRENCH B team and i say B team because they are yet to get their internationals who were playing the club champs over the weekend so yeah i guess us aussies could look at it like the all blacks havent played a real test and they LOST!!!
Further more the french community could say they havent had a real test either because theyve only played an All Black B team, OUCH!!!!
I think the all black coaching fans need to stop cluching at straws.. I mean there was talk that macalister was going to be the saving grace... he was never that good to start with but he hasnt played for 3 months and then bang hes back playing test footy... get real.. Look at Carter, he will probably play club, then air NZ cup ten maybe make the end of year tour, theres no way he will go bang straight back to test footy it just doesnt happen...
I also hope people dont slam williams and mccaw when they come back. I mean if you field a full strength team (less Carter) and the AB's LOSE.. DOnt get on these players back i mean they have played fug all footy this year and you cant expect them to come in and turn things around...
One more dig at the AB's
People have been screaming black and blue "the all blacks are the only country that could field a competitive team with the amount of injuries they have"

In order for the Wallabies to win the Bledisloe, they will have to win two of three matches outside of Australia.
Like that's going to happen.
