| yeah i think toeava is a good 50-60 minute player, maybe he should come off the bench 20mins into the game once all the tension has worn off from the anthem and haka and the game has settled into a rythem, one gets the feeling he shoulders alot of pressure when he is in the starting 15 and that reflects in his game, not that effective yet |

not haters all, maybe he is just a benchy at the moment, seems to play better off the bench, has played wing for AB's and is good
But have to look at all the options, and is he in it |

perhaps noone told MACCA to try kicking the thing out instead of throwing hail mary's in our own 22 hahahahaha fkn hilarious!
NEWSFLASH tow parts to passing ..passing and catching we need a clinic in the former particularly at 10. Intercepts, airballs passes to the worms under the park LMFAO tu meke!
Kick fkn TOEAVA out then at least he won't have to put up with carrying the can for all the haters. |

Toeava doesn't like the centres- he likes space.
Give it to him and he'll do what needs to be done. |

There's that media agenda again. Ice drops the ball and all of a sudden it turns into him making mistakes for 80 minutes. I don't recall Ice dropping the ball in Hong Kong when he was playing Fullback.
Toeava was the standout player for the Blues this season. |

Toeava should be at fullback- the back up to Mils.
He proved he can do it last test season, he's just got to do it again. |

Toeava at 12 - brings all that nonu does plus some
Nonu off bench for impact on wing or in centres
Smith at 13, kahui backup Dont take mils outta 15 to 'plug a hole' |

laulala has gone north
shame he would have been s shoe in with Smith and Kahui gone. Would have been a great chance for him I'm sure he's gutted about that.
Though he has similar attributes to Nonu, maybe not the best combination.
Toeava needs to stay, he's still young. Has awesome potential. He was very good for the AB's last year.
I'm sure he will improve when the quality of play around him improves. He's not the only one struggling right now. |

The media has an agenda. I lost count of home many times the replay of Toeava dropping the ball was shown.
His good games have all been at fullback/wing. But Ice played centre for the whole tri-nations back in 07 without any problems.
The only other remaining centre is Tuitivake but he's playing for the Jr. All Blacks. |

I just want him to have a huge game for the AB's against Aus or SA.
He is a good 12, but outplayed by Ma'a in head to head this year, I dunno, better than Jane at wing, maybe better at 15, average centre, good (so far) at 12
????????????
what do you do with this fella
But agree porb had most line breaks too in weekend
Outside Toeava and Mils, who else plays centre????
dont say McAlister either cause he is worse than Leon McDonald and Christian Cullen at 13 |

| He has to man up and be himself and not a gofer. There were numerous opportunties for him to bust the line open and for some insane reaosn he would off load. I think instrciton and his own natiurall flair are fighting big time in the young head of his...ha ha ha. Toeava made a couple of mistakes but he also broke the line that lead to a try. MACCA was rudderless and passed to ghosts and his error rate was right up there more than Toeava. I go to the homepage and each time Toeava's pic is plastered front centre...the knives are out... Fk this fickle NZ public... show some faith in these guys FFS |

How many times did Ice drop the ball? I only counted once. There were other players who dropped the ball more times than Ice.
One option would have been to have him play at 12 which is where he finished the super 14 but he's much better at fullback. Switching him around doesn't seem to help. |

Toeava has all the gifts bu is a 50/50 player, I have been a huge support but how many errors is enuff.
Heard ging (paul) henderson sum him up on radio live, 50/50 player who makes to many mistakes and doesnt think
eg drop ball and the offside by a mile chasing a McAlister kick, huge penalty in a big game
Tamati Elison maybe a better option..all the nouse and skillfull enough
Jane, good reserve fullback but utility, I dont think he is the man to impact a game or cover more than one position
Brett and Bowden, could cover 10,12, 15??
Time for a change imo, Toeava is so much talent power speed, but his mistakes have cost us and may continue to cost us.. He prob is our best third 13??
Casey laulala when is he back
WE will need a back up 13 for the Tri nations, bets on C Smith playing every game |
