| Anyway,Bakkies is back in a week,so no real damage.Burger should have been banned longer, just for the sin of almost costing us the test!!lolStill think the Bakkies ruling is a joke and will be seen as such by the wider reffing fraternity, otherwise nobody can clean out a ruck! |

| Yeah he appologised for deislocating the poor buggers shoulder! I guarantee was not his intension. Both Tana and Mealamu are not cheap shot artists, sometimes freak tackles occur, with 2 on 1. Personally I dont think Bakkies should have been banned, I saw nothig illegal in it. But I dont think hes sorry at all. |

| you seem to know a lot about the intentions in the field of play(of which you were not in). its not about that, rather about how the incident came across.. you are just simply ignoring the facts because it would not serve your purpose to see that that the boks are being rulled against unfairly... |

I've said it before and I'll say it again.
DeVilliers is the worst coach in RSA history.
Looking at the players the Boks have, they should clean sweep the Tri.
But with this idiot at the helm, they'll be lucky if they can stay undefeated at home- let alone win any away games.
PDV is Australia and NZs biggest friend rugby-wise. |

Sth African players now over take the poms for being the biggest whingers in Rugby history.
The arm band gesture the team were wearing because of their banned players was absolutely pathetic.Yaapies are the biggest whingers in world rugby now get use to it,P.D.V the muppet is a spearchucking whinger also |

Oh I get it, I didn't see it before, you think SA are hard done by and everyones out to get you, I was thinking you were just saying that the panel's are inconsistant, which I tend to agree with.
But in that case you are just a whinging bit.ch like O'Driscol. If (and I don't think its the case) an international judicary panel are swayed subconsciencely by their belief that SAF are dirty players and therefore they get a tougher sentence or cited more often then the SAF players/supporters only have themselves to blame.
Everyone knows the Boks have always had a dirty streak, it goes back decades, hence why the Lions had the famous 99 call. So don't blame the system, blame yourselves.
By the way, just one eg I can think of off the top of my head, how many weeks did Matfield get for giving Kelleher a stiff arm to the head with his "arm protection" knocking him out cold and making him miss a couple weeks rugby becuase of concussion?? |

| You missing the point. The same thing happened to Toquire when he did 100% the same to McCaw. he got 4 weeks. You know as well as i do that what Umanga did is wrong and what Toquire did is wrong. I really don't care what the so called independent commission said. SA always get the worst of the decisions because of our reputation. |

Horak, if Umaga had been banned by the independant citing board I wouldn't have had much issue with it, but he wasn't so I obviously thought they made the right decision.
I can't see how you are saying there are double standards though, the panels that make these decisions are independant, they all come from different countries, there is no secret agenda, obviously they thought Umaga didn't have a case to answer, pretty simple really.
Like damit said most Kiwis wanted to see BOD play when the Lions toured so it was a real shame to see him injured. But I think most Kiwi's would have had far more sympathy for him if he wasn't a moaning whining little bit.ch. |

| LOL we not talking about what Umanga did after the whole thing. We talk about the actual clear out. That's only one of many we can talk about, there's even high tackles, stamping, fights and i can carry on. The point is double standards and the law of the game. If you punch a player (even if we think he deserved it) it's against the laws of the game and he needs to be punished accordingly. |

| Umanga tried to apologise to BOD in the past but, being the big stubborn baby he is, BOD basically told him to forget it and remained bitter. |
