| As a lightweight technical rugby man my heart says the Woollabuys. Please report me for self-abuse.I'm not yet inspired by any one great player in the AB's, they are all good but there's the rub, there is none who inspires me to say they have 1 or 2 players who are great players, even with quick Draw McCaw.Where is the arrogance of someone doing a droppie40m out....the quick tap without permission from the captain or coach.I'm obsessed with Bok intercepts. Back to the meds...one pill after a meal or was it one meal.. |

| Im picking the Boks to take the tri's this year. Mentally there in the right place. Of the three they've had the best preparation up against a great Lions team. The Wallabies look overly confident even if their trying their hardest to play it down. GH, Hansen and Smith know how to play Deans, they illustrated that superbly last year after he showed his hand, but i'm looking at the pivot and its just too vital to today's game that i can't see the AB's defending their title/s with McAlister or Donald to a lesser extent, steering the AB's ship. Wallabies 2nd AB's 3rd this year. |

They re-hashed the trinations on prime and those tight losses were painful I don't think they would be any different for the other teams.
A win is a win and good enough for the AB suppporter fo sho! |

| not sure how its gonna go this weekend...richie should of had a bit more than 42 mins last week, we have some of our top players coming back from a hiatis and little or no game time, home field advantage, ozzies never won on eden park, history vs team,id like to think we will win by heaps but i think it will be tight depending on which abs turn up to play what wallibies is also a factor. |

The Head says: The ABs
The Heart says: The ABs
I support the team regardless. Although things look to be stacked against us be it injuries or otherwise what will work for this country is to ignore that considerably large cancerous growth in the South Island that waits anxiously for the Abs to lose for that familiar chorus to start ringing loud in the media and put to these boards. HENRY must GO.
As long as they give it their best, as long as everything is left on the field I will do my bit and scream for these boys to nail victory regardless of what part of the blessed shakey isles they hail from. All I see is black baby.
In my head right now ABs are looking like a David Tua full of potential but being written off and your Wannabes as the disrespecting trifling Shane Cameron, co.CKsure and running the mouth after beating a no-name eg. italy. LMFAO
Bring on the tris... try climbing the hill boys we'll try and batter you sorry ass back down to reality because as you well know we are the current southern hemisphere champs which if you think about it means world champions are beneath us too hehehehe. CIAO tuti! |

<< For those talking AB's winning the comp? i frankly dont think you have the players to do it this year, you are relying on players coming back that havent been playing for the last couple of months and even then were performing below par, sure tehy are great players but im quite sceptical as to them being able to come back into the international arena 1st up and expect to be the saving grace >>
I have to say I agree with you again ivea. (it is beginning to become a sad habit :-))
BUT
As dach said last year we were in the same position (we did have Carter admittiedly) but we were stil able to get out of jail (quite spectacularly in SA at that).
I said last year that if Henry pulled off the impossible and won that he should get get all the accolades he deserved, WELL, we won, and yet this year we still have to put up with all these faarkwits coming on here demanding his head!!!
Never mind our players ivea, beware our coaches, they've had ozzies number for a while, if you think anything has changed then this is just wishful thinking. |

Wishful thinking on your Dads part sprout.
The Crusaders transformed this year from a clueless rabble to top four after McCaws return.
So did the Blacks last season.
McCaw is still to the Blacks what Eales was to the Wallabies. |

Come find out you private school, hyphenated name, sons of convicts!
RC them's fighten' words.
I was speaking to my old man today and he is an old school life member of RU and his comment was that Mcaw wasn't the player he once was.10 years of battle and knee injury has taken the edge off his game and he wont be enough for the Black to take this one.
It's been 20 years since an oz victory in Eden park but next week the time has come.
Can't wait boys |

Wallabies to the slaughter!
Think the ABs are ripe for the taking?
Come find out you private school, hyphenated name, sons of convicts!
And those funny talking clowns in the republic had better get ready for war!
The All Blacks are rising again and those trophies are not going anywhere! |

yes true true Sprout, i arrive in London the day before the 1st bledisloe so will be wathcin it in one of the walkabout pubs over there approximately 6.00 am and i tell you what sprout, i dont think that Donalld nor Macalister playing at 10 is any real threat to me they atre just as bad as each other, and loenard the lepper showed hes a bit rusty and cowan had an average couple of games so yeah im not to concerned about really the whole ab, backline bar maybe sivi and mils has been playing ok but the way the inside backs have been playing i dont think he will be getting the opportunities like he was provided last year. I think the aussie defense has been a class above anyone else this year and i think this kinda reflects where deans is going with the team, defense first, protecting the ball then earning the right to ball play, its not the most exciting type of rugby to watch, but hey this aussie team is all about the win, who cares what it looks like, how many points they win by and how they score the points, its a simple game with simple principles, score 1 more point than the other team, all the rest is for our entertainment, Look at the cantabs, their huge success was built on rediculously tight defense, i think this is where hes taking the aussies and strooth cobber i think he mite bloody cracked it..
For those talking AB's winning the comp? i frankly dont think you have the players to do it this year, you are relying on players coming back that havent been playing for the last couple of months and even then were performing below par, sure tehy are great players but im quite sceptical as to them being able to come back into the international arena 1st up and expect to be the saving grace,
Oh yeah give tiqiri a bit of slak to gents, look at your rokokok, he scored against his first international try in 2 and a half years... is that not a lack of for??

im picking the all blacks this year again. all blacks find themselves in the same position this time last year....... against england in 2008, we were awesome, then dropped to the boks and wallabies in consecutive matches !!!!!! that woke us up...
this year france and italy have done that for us....
boks will be thinking they are the best of the lot - but the lions showed that these guys have weaknesses - we all thought the boks would run riot but i guess all were wrong.... and remember - theyre coached by PDV.... lol
the wallabies will be stunned with tuqiris sacking. politics run the game in aussie - come to think of it - sailor, rogers...now tuqiri all gone. lured to union then c ya later .... tahu wont be far behind tuqiri, as well as ryan cross. ... and then theres Dingo...
all blacks to show the world they are the most feared rugby nation.... be prepared:):):):) |

I'm going for NZ to win all its home matches and one in the Australia (an ambush).
South Africa to win all it's home games and lose all it's away games.
And Dingos Aussies to find out they should only play the likes of Italy if they want to look good! |

Gotta agree with you JUZZY
The premable has beenn inconclusive and does bring a certain air of excitement to the 3nations2009. If I had to pick it I would say the SAFFAS are definitely looking good. Again based on the competition that we've seen thus far. |

| Abs and SA to finish on top with equal points, with ABs losing on for and against. But if McCaw plays all games, then ABs to take out the comp easily. Aussies will be lucky to win a game |
