Well done to wellington olympic. Sad result for the Phoenix though. But today was all about nz footballs premier competition. As we are not ranked # 1 in world football we did not expect such a great crowd, but since we are ranked # 1 in rugby, it is sad to see such poor turnouts for our premier rugby comp, the air NZ Cup.

But it should and will improve. I have faith in our rugby administrators. But the fat player with the all black #3 shirt should go home. That was pathetic. Not good for the younger generation to see such obesity..

Since I'm Scarface_weka, I can talk a load of rubbish just like my sister, scaryface.
Shane Smeltz would definitely not walk into the english squad. Only a retard like my sister would say that.

Have a great week nz football fans.

New Zealand football fans will be able to see regular international and domestic competition on free-to-air television for the first time in over a decade from next month.

Triangle and Stratos Television and the Oceania Football Confederation (OFC) have signed a deal that will see a variety of football games from New Zealand, the Pacific and around the world screened on Triangle and on Stratos via its channels on Sky Digital, Freeview and Telstra Clear cable.

But it should and will improve. I have faith in our football administrators. But the player with the pink hair should go home. That was pathetic. Not good for the younger generation.

Since I'm Scarface_weka, I believe that the englishman that played today at the caketin failed to live up to his reputation. Coming from the EPL background he sure did look ordinary out there.

Shane Smeltz would definitely walk into the english squad.

Have a great week nz football fans.

Re:LETS TALK ABOUT NZ FOOTBALL Reply to this message
Wow what a game by the phoenix at the weekend. 1 all draw with melbourne but missed oppurtunities cost us full points. I'm getting really confident as the year progresses and wasn't it great to see our all whites boys who had little turn around play with passion considering their long flight back.

We are in good form the all whites, played well with 10 men showed that we do have ticker and for sure nz football fans will be excited.

Have a great weekend nz football fans.

Re:LETS TALK ABOUT NZ FOOTBALL Reply to this message
FFS...they scored THREE goals! Against the world's 129th ranked team. But still THREE pharkin goals in one game...AMAZING. Let's see how they go against a team ranked in the top 70.

Re:LETS TALK ABOUT NZ FOOTBALL Reply to this message
Good result for the all whites . A win over Jordan 3 - 1. Still rom for improvement, lack of discipline needs to be addressed aswell.

Anyway, keep it up all whites.

Just wondering with the south americans in our phoenix team, I wonder if thats the reason why they are playing alright football?

Thank god they got rid of the old englishmen. They are pathetic and lack skill.

All the best nz football fans.

You are ether escaping from a funny farm or being committed to one. When was the last time NZ Soccer got a sell out without giving tickets away. You so called supporters should be labled jokes, you don't support the code all the empty stands at big games tell me that.

Yes the grade of some of these football threads have sunk to an all time low at times

Although I'm sure it's only temporary

You'd almost think there's no true football enthusiasts out there

Re:LETS TALK ABOUT NZ FOOTBALL Reply to this message
why is it that so many are intent on destroying great threads on this forum. Honestly, why cant we just talk about nz football?

why is it that football fans refuse to talk about their favourtie sport but are full of anger when talking about other sports?

im bewildered at this type of behaviour. This thread is about nz football, lets stick to the topic in case yahoo decides to delete.

Come on nz football fans - show your support for nz football and nz football only.
