Here is an example of how stupid some people are.
When a "six figure sum" is quoted, some think a million dollars is a six figure sum.
But isn't a million, a '1' and six'0's? ie seven figures?

good morning fellow nz football fans. the all whites play iraq. hopefully we will win this match. if we dont we are in major strife. the all whites need confidence, right now their confidence has taken a battering, so has the supporters.
i dont know what iraq will bring to the table but i dearly hope that they dont bring any weapons of mass destruction. if would be catastrophic if the all whites lose these guys. they have an unstable country at the moment so this is a good time to put one up on them. but then again considering the all whites efforts lately, im bracing for another negative result.
come on all whites get in there! |

| Warm up/friendly/pre-season games, call them what you like, mean nothing. Granted, it was a top effort against Italy but at the end of the day it counts for zilch. It's all about the real deal, how you perform under pressure. As a Kiwi I wish them well in their world cup playoff against Bahrain/Saudi Arabia, but they'll have to lift the bar considerably to get succeed. |

Yes once again I'm making excuses for the all losers pathetic performances. The only goals they have managed were the 3 in the warm up loss to Italy. Thankfully after that warm up loss the all whites are losing with ease. But don't worry I'll keep making pathetic excuses. Oh and I know the NZRU dont even know my lazy thread exists

Looks like the NZRFU are paying the TV newsreaders to get the odd dig in at the All Whites.
The All Whites were never expected to qualify for the next round because the opposition is very good. Footnall is global and there are many many players from all over the world playing in the EPL, La Liga, Serie A etc. NZ's best player is injured.
Funny to see how some rugby people are so happy when the All Whites lose, ( football is regarded as a serious threat by rugby ) but then again, I suppose fair enough, I laughed for three hours when the all blacks lost......again last week!!
The bigger ( and the all blacks do make the Michellin man look small ) they are, the harder they fall! |

| I watched the second half against SA and their ball skills are appalling. They couldnt stop a pass at their feet, it would bounce 10 metres away from them. Then they would try to send a miricle pass to a player marked by 3 defenders instead of the unmarked player. That game rates as one of the worst performances from a nz international team Ive seen, considering the ranking of each team |

what we need to do is entice quality opposition over to nz rather than a skinny little pom who has no idea who the all whites captain is.
david beckham wont bring out the love for football, a quality team would, and im not talking about fiji or the soloman islands.

Yes for lack of a better word - the all losers have been very very very disappointing, and god yes the all losers, sorry I mean the all whites supporters made me laugh when they started gloating about the all losers 4-3 LOSS to an Italian holiday c team. Yes people so far the all whites have done worse at this tournament than the last.

im extremely disappointed at anopther loss by the all whites. 2 - 0 against souh africa without even seriously challenging. something is not right. these boys have no pride at all. too much gloating about getting 3 past the italians yet cant score a shag in a brothel against the black africans. im appaud at the attitude by the all whites, but lie a true nz football fan i will still stick by them no matter. repay the faith Ricki. |
