Sorry to say it but the season is 38 games long and usually you finish where you deserve to be.
Collicini was the worst centre half I have ever seen.
Guttierez is a fantastic player and I hope he stays.
Owen, and Martins will be gone soon and good luck to them.
It will be interesting to see where Martins goes. Owen will go to Man city.
Butt will probably stay and see out his career at Newcastle.
I can see the young uns given a chance next year and Carrol will excel. |

| they got exactly what they deserved? what a w.anker you are. owen and smith and butt are overpaid. coloccini and guttierez and enrique just aren't good enough.. BUT. nufc is about the fans!! the toon army dont deserve this at all. mindless armchair fans that are laughing at the fact that we have been relegated are well within their right to do so, but dont tell me that nufc deserves it. the club is a passionate club and anyone who knows anything about the english premier league would disagree with the statement that they deserve to go down. d.ick of the day award for you! |

I was sorry for all the true Geordie fans who had to endure their team playing as if they were, as you say, in a comfy position on the table.
Overpaid and not caring because they think they will just pack up and go to another Premier league Club.
The fans are the real losers ( and Mike Ashley! ). |
