So, who cares about a Chatham Cup crowd?
You lot are forever telling us that football is nothing in NZ and rugby is tops. If that is so, then why all the surprise about the Chatham Cup crowd? Looks like you have something to fear?!
Remember NZ is NOT the worlds highest ranked football nation, but we are ranked number 1 in rugby ( how hard is that considering nobody else plays it!! ). So, all our Air NZ Cup games should be sellouts....oh dear, not even close!!! Ha ha ha ha ha ha
The Phoenix regularly get bigger crowds than the boring Air Nz Cup games, so ......maybe you really do fear football. Me thinks you do!! |

Well done to wellington olympic. Sad result for the phoenix though. But today was all about nz footballs premier competition. Sad turnout though, would have thought that a big crowd would have turned out for our biggest day on nz's football calender.
But it should and will improve. I have faith in our football administrators. But the player with the pink hair should go home. That was pathetic. Not good for the younger generation.
Since I'm Scarface_weka, I believe that the englishman that played today at the caketin failed to live up to his reputation. Coming from the EPL background he sure did look ordinary out there.
Shane Smeltz would definitely walk into the english squad.
