| SPURS 2 CHELSEA 1....Carling cup is ours,woodgate you beauty mate... well to you doughters out there Spurs done it at least Spurs have had victories over Chelsea and convincingly over The Arse leading to the final in the carling cup and im hoping for our best finish in the premiership top 4 also |

| OK...OK..no premiership this year (note my comments were made when spurs had lost 5-6 games on the trot..so chill out bro)..never a problem for avoiding relegation.. will enjoy a bit of gloating about 5-1 caning of Arsenal. |

1981-1982 2 FA CUP wins.1984 UEFA cup winners.
1985-1986 finished 2nd and 3rd ,,, THEN came the "sugar" and it all finished.
Spurs is on the "UP" but there is more than just a "good team" to win premiership, money,contacts etc and Spurs doesnt have any of the above . |

What an idiot! LOL! Spurs wont win the Premiership, so what if they spanked Arsenal 5-1. They typically got cocky and fielded a second string team and lost badly. And had 2 players almost come to blows with each other!
Chelsea will smash them in the Carling Cup final. I can't see Spurs winning it and they WONT get near to winning the Premiership either =D |

Unless Spurs get a sugar daddy like Chelsea did before they went bankrupt, then in reality Spurs can only hope for a UEFA Cup place at best and maybe a good FA Cup and League Cup run. The Premiership is a 3 horse race.
There are several tiers in the Premiership; the big 3, the 2nd tier made up of Liverpool ( who think they are a top tier club ), Everton etc which is where a lot of clubs aim to be, then the 'middle tier' where relegation is not likely nor is a UEFA Cup place, and then the bottom strugglers where trying to avoid relegation is a struggle throughout the season. Presently, I think Spurs think they should be in the second level, but really are in the third. Still, football is the world game and anything can happen. Poyet and the Spaniard may turn things around. |
